Isn't Obama pushing the 527 limitations on coordination with a campaign which they are not allowed to do by law? Obama paid MoveOn ‘credit card fees’ of $18,000 because they ‘processed campaign contributions’ for the Obama campaign. When did MoveOn become a bank or a finance company? Was Obama REIMBURSING MoveOn for their cost to process contributions for the Obama campaign? Why would Obama do this unless MoveOn was giving the contributions to his campaign? They cannot legally give money to Obama. It appears they did. MoveOn.org spent 1.5 million setting up Obama's facebook page- Cost me nothing to set...

More obfuscation and Chicago style three card monty. No mention of the jihad donations from Gaza, or gibberish donors etc. . “As part of a continuous review the Committee researches and reviews for any errors, then subsequently updates to make the necessary corrections. The Committee is constantly reviewing the contributor’s information in order to rectify any potential data entry errors.”

In digging deeper into the illegal foreign campaign contributions from Palestinians, Cathy came across these FEC letters. Obama knew these contributions were illegal and "Palestinian". He didn't report them. He took a page from his days as a "commnity organizer" for the most corrupt political machine in America. It's what they do. Bringing the worst in American politics to the national level. It seems the FEC actually did their job. But the chosen One-bama is special and above the law....... he is a citizen of the world.

More questions are are raised than answered in the further investigation of Obama's foreign donations.(hat tip Cathy) Farah Alaghband lives in London and is chairman of The Balli Group. Download alaghbandfarah.pdf Farah Alaghband is chairman of the Bally group which has continually violated the sanctions against Iran in the futile effort to halt its nuclear enrichment program. The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry & Security is training its sights on the British steel trading giant Balli Group. Property of the Alaghband family of Iranian origin, Balli has been accused of leasing airliners to Tehran. But it is probably also being...

Aug. 8 - A group of politically engaged Afro-Brazilians want to find an Obama of their own. With two thousand stickers, uncountable pamphlets, posters and an email address, the group of Brazilian Obama supporters have managed to raise $1,800 for Obama's campaign. Deborah Lutterbeck reports. SOUNDBITE: Ivan Rodrigues, saying (Portuguese): "What is this Brazil I live in? A Brazil that recognizes the rich in a way and the poor in another, the blacks in a way, the Indians in another, a Brazil that judges bankers in a way, and that judges the citizens who work every day in another way....

In a previous post, we were trying to make sense out of "CENTS" in the foreign donation docs. Obama’s campaign donation pages are rife with donations that end in CENT. Thousands of them. Odd numbers all. Cathy and I have gone through thousands and thousands of donations that end in cents (as in dollars and cents) for Obama and there were NONE for McCain. More evidence of foreign contributors, since Americans living overseas would almost uniformly be able to contribute dollars. The donations don’t show up on the FEC search either by individual or by the candidate. If you scroll...

A Wall Street Journal report brushed off concerns about contributions of more than $30,000 to Sen. Barack Obama campaign from three brothers in Gaza, but the newspaper's readers weren't swallowing the explanation.

Sen. Barack Obama's campaign has admitted to receiving $33,500 in illegal foreign contributions from three brothers in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, but the left-wing Daily Kos website suggests WND – whose Jerusalem bureau chief Aaron Klein investigated the story – might have concocted a convoluted scheme to make the Illinois senator look bad. The brothers in question – Monir, Hosan and Osama Edwan – spoke on the record about the online donations to the presidential candidate. "It could be true that [donations] were made, but as a part of a deliberate set-up to make Obama look bad. ... Aaron Klein...

Now this is rich. I thought there was honor among thieves. Apparently not. Aaron Klein, in an update to the story I broke last week about Obama receiving contributions from Gaza, is reporting that despite Obama's claims that he just returned the money, The "Palestinians" decry lie! Can you spell blackmail? I wonder what it's going to cost Obama, you know the Gazans don't play fair.

Conservative bloggers aren’t waiting for The One Who Is The Change He Seeks. No, they’re doing it for themselves. Doing what, you ask? Doing the job Barack Obama wasn’t willing to do: Helping out a little school in Kenya that bears Obama’s name and which he promised to assist.

I have been pouring over docs from Obama's foreign contributions and it's rotten. As I pointed out here, there are way too many overseas contributions and I find it hard to believe they are all American citizens. $500,000 came into the campaign via “not employed” people. How does the FEC monitor that?

NOTE by TexasDarlin: This is the second article in a two-part series by Judah Benjamin challenging the Constitutionality of Barack Obama’s bid for President. This article was preceded by my Foreword, and by the author’s Part 1, which explores the legal history and definition of “natural born citizen” under Article II of the US Constitution. Those two posts should be read first, and in full. Part 2 explores the factual basis for Barack Obama’s dual citizenship, and concludes that he has been a citizen of at least two countries, and therefore is ineligible to be President.
-
Who is eligible to be POTUS under Article II of the Constitution and why? The answer isn’t what most people think and people need to know! People made a big ruckus about McCain’s eligibility but what about Obama? He may have held anything up to 4 other Nationalities. If a Naturalized Citizen cannot hold the Office of POTUS neither can a Dual National or a Dual Citizen. In Part Two of the Article I shall show the evidence that leads me to think Obama has held other Citizenship.

John and I, in continuing to pour over these documents in the old fashion way, tedious line by tedious line, have found dozens, literally dozens of instances in which people have clearly made contributions over the applicable $2300 per individual limit, without consequence or direction to the Obama campaign to disgorge such illegally gotten funds, when the documentation is on adjacent lines right before the F.E.C. staff. The F.E.C. has simply been trampled by the Obama campaign. Link to Atlas

READER'S NOTE: The following is an update to the original post that explains the theory behind the research, and to assist those who have not read any of my previous posts. Also, comments have been reopened. BREAKING NEWS! Blog contributor, TechDude, has released a long-awaited document that represents a cooperative venture among myself, TechDude, and TexasDarlin. By combining my original analyses along with his own, TechDude has validated what I have been saying since June 19 -- that the images posted on the Daily Kos website, the Obama campaign website, and the FactCheck website are indeed, fakes, frauds, and forgeries....

Eatery told 'urine' breach of the law By Li Fangchao (China Daily) Updated: 2005-09-08 05:41 HARBIN: Want to become strong and potent like a tiger? Then why not try our special tiger meat dish? This was the question posed to customers at a restaurant in Hailin, Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. The establishment was later fined and ordered to close for inspection, after a local newspaper revealed its recommendation of the outlawed dish. The restaurant, which is called "Hufulou", is situated about a kilometre away from the Hengdaohezi Siberian Tiger Park, China's largest Siberian tiger breeding centre. The restaurant was offering...

I just attempted to vote as my precinct was opening. The precinct workers claimed they did not have the keys to open the church where the machines are located and instead were asking people to go ahead and vote, leave the vote with them and then the workers would run them into the machines later. I left to return later to vote. But, I'm very troubled by this. Can they legally do this?

For years, communism has been preventing me from enjoying a lot of good cigars. That used to bother me, until I found a way around the problem. As many of my readers know, there are more communists teaching on the average American campus than there are teaching in all of Cuba. And, of course, these communist professors do a lot of stupid things, most of which violate the United States Constitution. I have learned that fighting American communist professors is fun, largely because they are so easy to beat when challenged. That's why I smoke a cigar every time one...
