Sullivan made several campaign appearances over the weekend with Sen. Ted Cruz, a Texas Republican who’s a favorite of the tea party, then arrived with Romney at 9 a.m. Monday at City Diner, where a large group of Republicans waited, along with a few unsuspecting patrons.
