Ok, so the government wants to "search" everybody, very intrusively (backscatter Xray, "feeling up" pat downs), INSTEAD of searching the PROFILE of the sort of people who are the terrorists. So, if you are looking for example for fish, why would you search on the land? It would be unreasonable....Yes, fish can be found out of water, but most of them are swimming in water as we speak......So it would NOT be reasonable to put as much emphasis on looking on land as you do water. So THIS is the DEFINITION of UNREASONABLE search - it's not reasonable to search...

Given that EVERYBODY knows the spending is NOT sustainable, why don't we take a page from the TREE Hugger Liberal crowd and call ObamaCare part of the UnSustainable Government!!! Hey, I have a new AR I built up. I want to mount a 3x9 nice scope, and ON TOP of that, mount a reflex red-dot sight. Any reason this is crazy? It would seem to be for quick shots the red dot would be easy, while I could hunker in close for long shots..... I can't find mounts to allow this - any ideas?

Ok Gents (and Ladies) Please help me put the clues together of who is guilty (or not). Here's my theory - please comment to support of deny each assertion. 1) Large Banks have been heavily into derivatives and futures 2) SOME LARGE MONEY TYPES were speculating on Oil, driving the price to 150$ a barrel 3) OIL Collapsed 4) Federal Reserve did not want to be left holding the bag, so they refused to lend money (at the rediscount rate or any other) to the large banks at risk from the speculation - This WAS, and IS the "Credit Crisis"...
