Also around the time of the Gulf War the guns were removed from all the BUFF’s as with new fighters and missile technology they did not have to get close to use guns to down one anymore...
I believe the gunner position because the defensive systems operator and controlled radar/IR jammers, countermeasures, and watched the radar for any planes or missiles.
Yes a SCRAM is an emergency shutdown, either automatic or man made. From what I just heard both reactors scrammed, and are not in power supplying mode. They are in a holding mode, but it will take a few hours to bring them back up to power.

IF, and I say IF it was us tapping cables we would not have cut them and make people notice it. There are ways of tapping those cables that do not involve cutting it open, we used those on the Soviets and they never found out until a cable got cut by accident IIRC.
Okay... two cables cut in a close location I can believe as an accident on someones part. But a third cable cut almost a thousand miles away in the same week? Does this sound like sabotage to anyone else?
