If anyone with the least hearing comprehension whould listen to Rush's radio show for 1 week, they would realize that Obama's IQ is a spit in the ocean compared to Rush's. If you put Rush on a debate stage with Obama (with no teleprompters allowed), Rush would spin circles around Obama, faster than a Tazmanian Devil.
