Voters still look back unfavorably on the federal government bailout of the financial industry and think the billions in taxpayer money went to those who caused the financial meltdown. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely Voters finds that 61% think it was a bad idea for the government to provide bailout funding for banks and other financial institutions. The Washington Post is reporting that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is ready to schedule a test vote on the DREAM Act even though he's not yet sure if he has enough votes to pass the amnesty legislation.
