Delaware Volunteer Guard shared America's Misled Patriots status. Tuesday Interesting take on events. Seventy-two killed resisting gun confiscation in Boston BOSTON National guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed on April 19th by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw. Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement. Gage blamed the...
  • Food “Safety” Modernization Act! (Last chance - scheduled for vote 7pm today)

Beck and others are telling you - TODAY at 7pm Senate is scheduled to vote. If passed, the misnamed Food Safety and Modernization Act would authorize the FDA to tell farmers how to grow their crops. Federal bureaucrats who likely know little to nothing about farming will set the guidelines on appropriate temperatures, what soil to use, how much water to use and what animals are allowed to be on certain fields. S. 510, the Food Safety Modernization Act, gives broad powers to the FDA to regulate small farms and gardens.

Several supporters of Chris Coons, the Delaware Democratic U.S. Senate candidate did it again. As you enter the Glasgow Medical Center on Glasgow Avenue in Bear, DE, Coons supporters started out by holding a peaceful protest. But, while leading doctors from across the state held a press conference with Christine O'Donnell, two Coons disrupted the press conference and were asked to leave. By way of disrupting the press conference which was held in a conference room inside the Glasgow Medical Center, the Coons supporters trespassed on that property since they were not seeking medical care.

According to Ron Williams in The News Journal, when Chris Coons served as the President of the County Council, he diverted untold millions of taxpayer dollars as payoffs to his political buddies and top staff. Coons did this by exploiting a loophole in the county’s pension program. The loophole was originally meant to attract new county police officers, but Coons decided to use it as a cash cow to pay off his political hacks.

Although some polls released for public consumption show Christine O’Donnell still having a bit of a hill to climb, internal polling in the Coons camp obviously paints a very different picture. With massive losses expected for the Marxist-democrat party next month, why else would Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Al Franken be going to tiny Delaware, which we have been told is such an easy win for Coons? We know the answer: PANIC!

Wilmington, Del. – Christine O’Donnell, Delaware’s Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate, appeared with veterans today to announce an innovative new plan to improve health care for veterans. At a press conference near the Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center in Wilmington, O’Donnell said, “I believe those who have fought for our country and defended our freedoms should have freedom over their own health care.” O’Donnell’s plan would allow veterans to receive check-ups and basic medical care from local doctors who have been certified by the VA.

//snip//Nadine Dorries, MP for Mid Bedfordshire, refers approvingly to the Tea Party's Christine O'Donnell recent victory in the Delaware primary: Dorries says she has been inspired by recent events in the US - the primary victories of O'Donnell and others. With a new government in place, she senses a "wind of change" in the political atmosphere in Britain. In the last parliament, she says, it was "very difficult to talk about the family unit, and to talk about mothers and children . . . as the foundation of society, because it was seen as a very unsexy, untrendy thing to...

Republican U.S. Senate candidate met with volunteers and other candidates on the GOP ticket at her new headquarters in North Wilmington Friday afternoon. The event was designed to show unity of Republican candidates, something the party struggled with immediately after O'Donnell's upset win over longtime Congressman Mike Castle. O'Donnell endorsed some of the other candidates on the ticket, including Glen Urquhart who is running for Castle's seat in the U.S. House, O'Donnell also wrote some checks to help those campaigns.

It is increasingly clear why. After looking into Coons' love affair with the Marxism-as-Christianity "liberation theology" and specifically his volunteering for the South African Council of Churches, the Coons Yale Divinity School interview surfaced. It is clear the "Bearded Marxist" article was not, as Coons and his liberal media friends have tried to portray it, any kind of a joke. After a serious look here at The American Spectator at the courses, assigned reading, and teachers of Yale Divinity School -- Coons clammed up. Suddenly Coons has gone silent on the entire topic.

And what values does Chris Coons insist he will bring to bear on this problem? The values taught at Yale Divinity School. Values exemplified by the exotic, overripe teachings, readings, preachings, and writings of socialists, Marxists, and camp followers of Liberation Theology who believe in one variation or another that capitalism is immoral, a sin. This includes the one-time Dean Thomas Ogletree and his late writing partner the American Communist Party's Herbert Aptheker, the assigned writings of Liberation Theology's James Cone, Ronald Sider the anti-capitalist Evangelical leftist, and the Brazilian socialist Paulo Freire.

The head of communications for Delaware's state Republican Party announced Friday morning that he is leaving the state. The announcement, by Tom Doheny, comes 11 days after conservative pundit Christine O'Donnell shocked the nation by upsetting the strong favorite of the state and national party, Rep. Mike Castle, in the First State's Republican primary. "After a hard-fought campaign, I have decided to move on to a new opportunity working for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania,"

You know that Christine O'Donnell is pro-life. But one episode that hasn't gotten much attention is her work on an end-of-life case, reminiscent of Terry Schiavo's, in 2008. O'Donnell, the new Republican Senate candidate from Delaware, cites her pro bono public relations work on the case as the reason she was in dire financial straits during her Senate campaign against Joe Biden that year. Her straits were so dire, in fact, she sold her home...

Yesterday a video surfaced of Christine O’Donnell’s appearance on the Bill Maher show, a comedy show and place where Democrats get their news, where O’Donnell claims to have dabbled in Witchcraft. Again I say is this the best these cross-burning, pot smoking, adulterous tax cheats can come up with? Let’s just completely overlook the fact that she was on a comedy show. Seriously, if Robert Byrd was on this show he would have said that ” I dabbled in the KKK,” or Hillary Clinton used to participated in “strange moments of imaginary conversation with deceased Eleanor Roosevelt from solarium atop...

In the most anticipated speech at today's Values Voter Summit in Washington, Delaware's new GOP Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell ignited the Omni Shoreham ballroom with a tangible buzz. She strode onto the stage to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'," with orange spotlights sweeping the room. (None of the other afternoon speakers got a light show.) The packed crowd gave her an enthusiastic standing ovation, continuing to applaud long after she took the podium.

Conservatives are fond of saying they are conservatives first and Republicans second. The current Republican primary for the U.S. Senate in Delaware presents a perfect opportunity to prove it. I'd encourage conservatives to consider all the facts and the bigger picture, hopefully realizing that rejecting Rep. Michael Castle is critical to building a cohesive, Big Tent center-right majority within the Republican Party long-term. There will be no Rubio, no Angle, Mike Lee, Toomey, nor Rand Paul in the Senate when the winner of the Delaware special election is sworn in promptly after the election on November 2. The seat is...

  • Why is Mike Castle Running From Christine O’Donnell?

If Mike Castle becomes the next United States Senator from Delaware he is going to get sworn in, serve a bit, then become a Democrat, resign, and let Beau Biden get an appointment. It’s a done deal. The deal has been made already. I’m hearing this not just from Christine O’Donnell people, but party regulars in Delaware, some of whom support Castle. It is insane. Maybe that is why Mike Castle is running from Christine O’Donnell. He is afraid to have to answer questions about this. The man will not debate her to save his life.
