And what % of the fee does the BLM spend on its private Army?

Who the heck needs a BLM in the first place when the State Gov. would be far more efficient and fair at running these matters because of simple physical proximity and historical background knowledge of people and places in the state?

Why not stop wasting money, abolish the BLM, and sign over to State control all lands not of military or strategic importance to the Defense of the USA?

If it needs an act of congress, then it should be passed by a Republican president and Republican Congress, which is possible in 2016, especially if Sarah Palin runs.

And either retrain those BLM apes as border patrol agents or fire them if they are useless types, quite possible under the Obumbler Regime.

Can you blame Butter keeping matters close to her chest after after the Sharyl Atkinson Revelations about:-

1/ CIA/NSA software being used to hack her computer and plant *classified* material?

2/ Install a *fibre optic line* without her knowledge and hack her skype account to switch on her Ipad mic as a bug to listen in to her home conversations or calls.

This is the same administration that consorts with ex-Black panthers and “retired” WUO communist domestic terrorists.

And may the Almighty protect us a Senate that allows a appointment of a man to the level CIA director who spent a year studying in **Cairo** in his early adult life. AFTER 911.

I suppose it depends if you prefer humor in you political speeches to a more serious, step by step, logical, putting out of the policy picture.

But Sarah is not a candidate yet, and she may not stand at all. If she becomes a candidate you will see some of the more basic nuts and bolts type speeches. This was a speech to an audience that would like the humor and enjoy it.

    Different venue, different speech.

The average person needs to have political issues explained emotional, everyday terms, in an engaging and entertaining manor. The Democrats understand “politics is show business” rule better than anyone else in US politics, and *that's* why they attack her like their lives depend on it.

If she becomes a candidate the individual contribution floodgate will open, and the Dems could be blown out of the water. Whatever the media thinks they can do will be tried in the primary season, if they fail to stop her there, the Dems are Toast.

If a politician is not entertaining when they give a speech the public, media, almost everyone in fact do not pay any attention. The oxygen in the room just leaves in seconds.

You or I might listen to the ideas of a boring public speaker, but for modern politics in the TV age the public will not.

butter, thank you for putting a massive amount of work into the high res images.

I almost fell off my chair when I saw the stills shot *underwater* without surface distortion from waves or refraction.

It is possible to manufacture 1/2 length, 1/8 volume approx,
    Aqualungs.

    http://www.bizrate.com/scuba-diving-snorkeling-equipment/miniature-air-tanks/

I still think the first youtube “diver” is fuddy struggling on the surface, but the second is totally more difficult to explain away.

The “apparatus,” or “debris-stuff” under Fuddy, is very strange.I need people with diving experience to say what that stuff is, since I am a confirmed land locked freeper :-)

If the administration were going to stage a disappearance from a simulated crash, with the pilot in on the deception as well as Yamamoto and Fuddy, but not the other passengers, then Fuddy would need to be “still on the plane when it went down in deep water” and the real live Woman evacuated a distance by diver so a Navy Helicopter can pick her up separately.

But correct me if I am wrong, wasn't there immediate initial media noise about Fuddy still being on board, and the plane sinking in deep water?? I distinctly remember it.

What we could have is a attempted fake death by “going down with the plane”, only to have the poor Lady have a heart condition activate and die in the water.

Assuming Fuddy is dead of a heart condition, then the failed “witness protection program entry” would result is a perfectly normal Catholic Funeral service with an open casket.

I haven’t seen the high res stuff at all. Can you post just one or two stills on your blog?

The ones interesting would be the “diver’s head” / “Fuddy’s knee,” or the “yellow training shoe sole” / “back pack.”

The you tube video you posted has me baffled.

butter, thanks, the fact that they changed the posted versions to lower res after you raised the matter on FR is not good.

I can’t seem to find any link to any higher res. stills. Do you still have the clearer video version intact, even if you can’t post it?

Is there a significant difference in resolution?

I think you have made a mistake, I think its an optical illusion. Here an example of the type of illusion:-

    http://mathworld.wolfram.com/YoungGirl-OldWomanIllusion.html

    Here is a second:-

    http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Rabbit-DuckIllusion.html

I think what we are seeing on the moving video is Loretta Fuddy floating on her back in some kind of trouble, and kicking her legs, the yellow moving object is a training shoe sole.

I can if I focus see something like a diver, but it is the wrong size to be a man in a scuba diving suit.

I think the Media’s resolution change was for once, the local TV people trying not to distress relatives who might recognize people struggling in the water in what was an Air crash with a fatality.

This guy Shrimpton is very strange. He does have some idea of MI5/M16 past operations and WWII History of intelligence.

However, if he did have sources, even retired ones, they would quickly go cold because to keeps talking in public about when and where he met such a source etc. The man has a blog with more strange stuff on it.

He makes wild claims about Pre-war and West-German Post war Intelligence Services carrying out hideous paedophile entrapment schemes against British politicians.

For it all to be true strains logic to breaking point, especially all the deaths he claims are actually German Intelligence assassinations he claims to have detailed info on.

I am not Saying that one or two post-war British PM’s were not blackmailed by foreign intelligence services, but I don't believe Shrimpton’s stories in Detail

I think he is an attention seeking tall-tale teller and not to be trusted. As for talking to US politicians engaged in the presidential campaigns and then leaking *in public,* well that's nuts because no politician or campaign would ever tell an “advisor” like that a thing or meet with him even at the dirty tricks operative level.

If he is right about one thing IMHO it is Obama being born in Mombasa, Kenya but think he is wrong about SAD not being the Mum.

“An so long as Onaka authorized that person to sign and send the letter under his name, the law treats it as his act. It's call the “law of agency.” I've not seen anything where Onaka has disavowed the three state verifications as being unauthorized. Have you?”

It might be nice if the owner of the initials doesn't board any single engine aircraft in the near future.

Personally I would recommend at least 4, just to be on the safe side.

Fred I don't know anything about MMD’s siblings.

But as a matter of Logic, how many half brothers facial features closely resemble their half sisters?

All I am trying to say is FMD + S. Ann Dunham is more likely than the existing “Legend” put about by BHO & Co.

According to the FBI, FMD was 6ft 1.

And the child does not look exactly like one parent. Rather the two faces are merged at the genetic level.

FMD was chocolate brown, by his own description. Ann Dunham was pale. Obama’s skin color is a good match, especially without a sun tan.

For me, B. H. Obama is a reasonable match for a child of S. Ann Dunham and FMD.

    I don't say Obama=FMD,

I say IMHO Obama=S. Ann Dunham + FMD.

I think there is a resemblance but what you need is a merge of

    Dunham + FMD
    versus

    Dunham + M. Subud or

    Dunham + Obama Snr.

In 3D, or the best the Human brain can get to 3D from a moving video image, he doesn’t look that much like Obama IMHO

The Black and white stills do show more of a resemblance.

Also, FMD was 6ft 1, as is Obama Jnr. How tall is M. Subud?

That is a possibility, but I assume Obots have been trying to locate and destroy any such items in the hands of retired folk in Hawaii.

But what they cannot defend is someone who left Hawaii with a Copy of that Newspaper for that exact date, and retained it by accident perhaps boxed up with other items after the move.

It is my opinion that the real birth list does not show Obama at all, and will have the other names in a different order as well.

It depends on the exact nature of the crime or scandal. It's kind of a “blue dress” factor, is it juicy enough to interest the average American in the street? or too technical and low key that it makes the eyes glaze over with boredom.

We all know Obama is a dirty Chicago style politician who has a huge network of ex-communists in the Democratic party, judiciary, government services/Agencies and MSM that have in the past covered his every slimy move.

At what point does he become so tainted that one of his own former supporters decides to “frag” him?

A lot of people have lost their preferred health care policy/plan recently, perhaps that will disgust a whistle-blower just enough to accidentally forget some important item or procedure.

    Q. does a state supreme court from state A have the Authority to subpoena a certified vital record from another state, B, if it is part of the core evidence in a legal case involving the performance of a state official of state A in his duty, as ordered by Mandamus from the court of state A?

If this was a certified vital record for a normal citizen that would be granted immediately surely?

    >>>>If any Secretary of State had wanted to receive or inspect an actual copy of the birth certificate, they would have needed to get a court order for it from “a judge of a court of competent jurisdiction” in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b) (point 9).<<<<

Exactly why a Mandamus from the Alabama supreme court must *not* refer the SOS back to the court where the appeal initiated from, if it is to have teeth. Its possible the court will punt because of this.

That way if subpoenas are issued by the court, they are issued by a higher court, i.e. supreme court of Alabama, so that the usual suspects in Hawaii cannot deflect the matter with their usual hocus pocus bull.

The lower court would just perform the usual confidence trickery of bogus precedent and miss reading law, then probably go off and ask for another non-verifying verification from a shadow of a Hawaii state DOH Registrar.

What the Alabama SOS would do in the event of the Alabama Supreme Court issuing a Mandamus depends on:-

1/ Whats in the Mandamus order

2/ Does the Mandamus order the SOS to perform his duty after reporting to the court where the case was appealed from OR

Does the Mandamus order the SOS to perform his duty and report back to the Alabama supreme court.

There is a huge difference there, the lower court is likely to indulge the kind of confidence trickery of the non verifying verification from a person at Hawaii DOH claiming to act of behalf of the Registrar.

If the Mandamus orders the SOS to report back to the Supreme court, because of the National Security implications, then the whole sorry cover up of Obama’s ineligible past would likely be exposed.

The court could in theory insist that a duty to determine candidate eligibility after doubts raised by an “official” source be carried out after the election *simply* on national security grounds, if the justices take their Oaths to protect the constitution from “enemies foreign and domestic.”

I believe that Obama, due to extraordinary circumstances, was *Never* a US citizen.

A Foreigner in possession of the Nuclear Launch codes is the ultimate National security issue due to the president being the apex of the chain of command under the US Constitution.

That kind of issue trumps all the moldy old off-point precedents that liberal and progressive judges like to cook up.

The Mandamus would in effect create new law in Alabama concerning the duties of the SOS.

The resolution of the National Security issue is simply Sunlight.

Nothing yet, and the delay is open to interpretation.

Does Beth Chapman’s resignation affect the possibility of a Writ of Mandamus being granted?

Surely it makes the legal reasoning more difficult for a Mandamus: I would bet the odds of a punt are higher.

However, ff a civil case is brought against an office holder in the state of Alabama for a Mandamus to correct a failure to perform a professional duty of constitutional importance while that SOS was in office, a layperson might think that a Mandamus could be written to command the current officeholder to perform the duty, even after the resignation of Chapman.

But I am also sure a liberal court would find a technicality based on moldy precedent that could be claimed to invalidate the courts ruling for a Mandamus.
