Does anyone know the title of the song that the music is from that is played at the beginning of Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace?

Despite a good faith effort, I can't find information on Canada's military budget. A Canadian is claimimg that Canada "used to spend one third of their budget on the military" but wised up and near Utopia came to pass. It is very hard for ne to believe that they spent that much at any time except maybe in the throes of WWII. Does anyone have a reliable link, preferably with a clear chart?
