Cape Cod is that part of Massachusetts that sticks out into the Atlantic ocean like an upraised, bent arm. (Map here.) It is separated from the mainland by the Cape Cod Canal. Transit choices include boat, airplane and the (most popular) car. If taking the car, you'll have to cross the canal on either the Bourne Bridge or the Sagamore Bridge.
