Hey, I finally got a password for the Nupress name, but now if I start using it again, I'll miss any pings to Nuprez because that's what people are used to now. I guess I'll just have to miss them. You guys do me a favor and tell anyone trying to use the Nuprez name that she kicked the bucket and is using Nupress again, okay?
I think Saddam trusted too much in French assurances that the UN would keep the US out of Iraq. By the time he woke up, it was too late to change strategies and save face.
I hope you're right, Bob. That would mean he's still showing some resemblance of common sense.
You give Saddam too much credit for having a clear head and the ability to display good judgment. Someone who is fully capable of seeing reality as it truly is would not have let events get this far. He could have easily prevented this war and stalled much longer by destroying some of his WMDs.
The man is losing it, in my opinion (assuming he's still alive). He's an egocentric psychopath who is increasingly incapable of seeing things as they really are. As an example, he regularly puts a bullet in anyone who dares to bring him bad news (i.e., reality).
Sky News saying this may be political. Otherwise they wouldn't make it public. Something is going on.
I'd like to know just what's going on with the Iraqi opposition groups. You KNOW there has to be a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes in that regard.
Notice from the article that the pessimists in the media are actually aiding and abetting the enemy in his ploy.
Yes, I caught that too. And I will NEVER forgive them. I thought they were bad during the clinton years, but this is downright treasonous and unAmerican.
Pardon me for a moment for stealing ALOHARonnie's line, but...NEVER FORGET!
