Good grief, eleven convictions all he gets is a lousy t-shirt?

My thoughts exactly!!! You drive drunk 3 times in the state on NJ where I live and you loose your license FOREVER!!!! He gets 11 convictions of some type of lewd acts against CHILDREN and he gets 60 days in jail and a T-shirt? Come on, if you show up at the boardwalk on the right day you get a free t-shirt!! I have a 9 yr old and I know I wouldn't be satisfied with a shirt that said I am a sex offender. Kids shouldn't have to know what sex is a 9 or 10 yrs old!! Put this jerk in a cage!

Very sad to think that a leader would just sit back and let his nation die like that. Your civilians are ultimately (or should be) the heart of your nation, in a normal society, I guess, and the politicians and governing figures should come together to make the "skeletal shell" so to speak. It's a real shame we have countries out there that are so a$$ backwards their biggest worry is to compete, defeat, and try to destroy other great nations. It's a good thing their heads are so far up their a$$es that is just an illusion!

Still I've seen gambling ruin people's life and can't help but believe internet gambling would take this destructive potential to the nth.

You are 100% right! My husband has a lifelong friend who unfortunately loves to gamble. It is a really big problem with him. He goes down to Atlantic City, bets with bookies, and of course, gambles on the Internet. Well he did until he had all of his credit cards overdrawn and his bank account overdrawn as well. Which honestly he probably accomplished in about one night. Online gambling is absolutely ridiculous, there are so many sites that allow you to bet on all the sports event, play poker, Texas hold em', black jack, you name it, you can place a wager on it! It's a sin! We don't gamble in my home. My husband works to hard for his money. And I watch his idiot friend get himself in too much trouble loosing all the money he doesn't even have gambling his!

I know some people who use these things, and rely on them to be accurate. In an unstable diabetic this could be a life or death thing. Whoever is the source these things need to be shot....twice.

I mean come on..... How low have we stooped when we are producing counterfeit diabetic test strips? All I can think of is my poor 80 yr old grandma who relies on them to accurately keep track of her blood sugar. Not to mention all the children who are diabetic! This is really a disgrace!

I'm hoping they continue long enough that I can get a really good deal.

Yeah me too, my husband & I just got married last February and have been renting, but we really want to buy this upcoming year. The problem is we don't want to have to have to trade a good school district and neighborhood for an affordable home. I feel bad, my husband works 2 jobs and goes to school at night. Right now I am unable to work because I had brain surgery last August and have to have another minor one again in November and have been fighting for long term disability until I am well again, so we are living on one income. I have a daughter from a previous relationship whom he has adopted and fully supports. He works his butt off for us and I wish I could do more, and I would just like to be able to see his hard earned money get us a nice home that he could be proud to say is his own.

I would guess they fled Texas to Florida and someone found them.

Florida does have the highest fugitive rate at this point in time. Also 9 times out of 10 if someone is looking to disappear, they go get lost in Florida.

The crimes of Dog and Luster are equal in my book. To say one is better than the other tells me a lot about your character.

Just one last thought Orange1998! If their crimes are so equal, why don't you ask your wife, mother, sister, or daughter who they would rather have over for dinner?

how dare you put words in my mouth."

Thats funny! Because I watched you do it to quite a few people on the post last night!

"The crimes of Dog and Luster are equal in my book."

To say something like that your book must be written backwards and upside down. I'm not a huge Dog fan, I don't even watch his show! I've seen it maybe 8 to 10 times, so I'm not defending him because I love him. But he is in no way on the same scale as a pig like Luster. Put some stronger glasses on and read your book again!

" To say one is better than the other tells me a lot about your character."

Please don't "assume" anything about my character, you know the old saying! Besides your making yourself look foolish enough already

Dog has been convicted 18 time for armed robbery. If he was caught 18 times most likely he got away with it 100 times. Texas passed concealed handgun laws just for convicts like him.
I am not riding anyone for congrats to Dog for his recent capture. But to call him a Hero is a mile stretch. A Hero does not act for money and fame which is what he seeks.

I don't see you mentioning how many years ago those crimes wear committed. You want to say what a criminal dog is for his past. How many criminals has he helped put behind bars since payment for crimes more than 20 yrs ago.

So I'm just trying to figure out whether it's Andrew Luster or all the illegal immigrants your such a big fan of?! No offense but rape of Innocent women is a bigger crime than robbery. Not to mention it is something Luster has committed over and over, and enjoyed while doing it. And your defending this sick ba$t@^d!!!!!

Considering that she wanted to go back in time to kill GWB, I kind of doubt she will win.
Actually, that's going to help her win the prize.

I don't know, is crazy one of the categories for this award?
  • CA: OC businessman gets 50 years to life for molesting 4-year-old

    10/12/2006 3:37:37 PM PDT · 29 of 29
    reillygirl246 to NormsRevenge
An Orange County businessman was sentenced to serve 50 years to life in prison for the videotaped molestation of a preschool girl during a two-year period.

Didn't the parents notice any peculiar behavior going on with their daughter? Children of abuse tend to be withdrawn or timid. At the least, frightened or carry on about having to continually go to the abuser's home. An infant or a child not able to vocalize any emotions may have been a little harder to recognize a problem, but once a child is able to use their words, even if they are not coming out and telling you they are being abused, there are usually signs to be recognized.

I am in no way blaming the parents, but coming from a childhood of abuse I guess I always watch my daughters physical and emotional reactions around outside adults and even relatives for that matter. If she doesn't want to give someone a hug or show them affection, that is okay with me. And from the time she was of preschool age, I have always talked to her about appropriate touching and non appropriate touching. People today are sick, and I will KILL anyone who tries to cross that boundary with my child!

A seizure does not result in a permanent vegetative state. It doesn't even result in a vegetative state.

Usually the only time a seizure would possibly result in a vegetative state is if the boy had something similar to an aneurysm. I know this because I have what is called an arterial venous malformation. It is a cluster of blood vessels in my brain that is not supposed to be there. It is something you are born with, but doesn't present itself until the age of somewhere between 20 and 40.

It usually presents itself in the form of a seizure or a hemorrhage or a seizure accompanied by a hemorrhage. But had he had something like that they would have seem it, maybe not on the CT scan, but definitely on an MRI. If he had a bleed that would have explained the coma, or vegetative state.

God's plan includes death at this point. Stop fighting Him and accept it.

So are you saying this mother should have turned the machines off on her son who is now awake and alive, and recuperating? What if he makes a total recovery and goes to college and becomes a doctor? Maybe one day you'll be in a coma, he'll be your doctor, and he will suggest they prematurely pull the plug on you!
