There is much discussion today on how/why Obama went to Copenhagen without the bid in the bag and what this says about his view of leadership. I remember seeing/hearing him, I think at one of the debates, say something regarding how executives/managers/operations type are just paper pusher/scheduler types. He did not see this as his role, but instead be in the vision business. Can anyone else recall this and help me with the source material?
