The lawsuit filed by Matthew D. Wilson, Troy Edhlund, and Joseph Messineo, against the Cook County, Illinois “Assault weapons” ban, has survived a motion for dismissal in the Illinois Supreme Court and was sent back to the trial Court for further proceedings.
