I have been in discussion with some friends in regards to the "Cheeseburger Bill."One particular person who has worked in the legal field has voiced her opposition against Tort Reform.This person claims that it is the insurance companies who are behind the Tort Reform agenda. It's unfortunate that a fear factor is ruling our lives. This fear factor is being generated by our government, the media, and a majority of people who've decided that blindly following our leaders is an act of patriotism.
