There's no doubt some Republicans remain unhappy with the GOP presidential field. They wish other candidates -- Mitch Daniels, Chris Christie, Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush -- had entered a long time ago. But the Iowa caucuses are in two weeks. Is there any chance, at this late date, that something could change? All the alternative candidates have repeatedly said they won't run. But there is new speculation focusing on Bush after the former Florida governor turned heads Monday morning when he wrote, in the Wall Street Journal, a campaign-like economic manifesto headlined "Capitalism and the Right to Rise."

It started when the mayor of Merrifield, New Hampshire, tweeted that he'd gotten a robo-poll asking about a possible Jeb Bush presidential campaign. It's continued, with random granite state citizens getting the same calls. One of them sent over the gist of questions received last night. (These aren't direct quotes, but paraphrases.

I don't think his choice of target is hard to figure out. She was his U.S. Representative and he lived in her district. He also lived relatively close to where she was appearing Saturday. This was a crime of opportunity, not ideology. He had been monitoring her for several years. I am positive that if his Rep had been Republican or a member of any other party he would have done the same thing. This was OBVIOUSLY not politically related. I think the most apt, relevent and believable description of him that I've seen has been this: A Left Wing,...

Keith Olbermann made this threat on national TV during the 2008 campaign. One could even interpret it as a death threat. "Somebody who can take her into a room and only he comes out." It's time to uncover the hate speech that the professional Left and Democrat leaders have been using for years.

This Sheriff is using this unspeakable tragedy to further his own political agenda. This is clearly a misuse of his office. He has already admitted, on national media, that he has not a scintilla of evidence to back up his shameful, baseless charges that the Conservative movement had something to do with this horrible tragedy. He is deliberately misleading the people of Pima County and general public as to the cause and nature of yesterday’s attack and is, by his own words, furthering the climate of hatred, vitriol and violence by this obscene falsehood. He also failed to protect over...

Excuse the vanity please. The Rats remind of a death row inmate who gets a 3 month stay as he's walking to the gas chamber. You can tell they fully expected to lose the Senate and maybe 80 seats or more in the House. They were scared. In a few days they'll again begin to realize their dire plight.

These results are way out of all the predicted models. In the last two weeks 95% of the polls had Angle winning .5 to 3.5%. Reid is up by 5. Looks like we could have ballot stuffin, machine riggin, vote fraud by the unions and the corrupt Reid machine. We need to look closely at Nevada and call Reid's "win" into question. We may be able to reverse the results and/or delegitamize him so much that we can at least force him out of as "Pseudo-Majority" Leader and force a fight with in the Rat party

PENNSYLVANIA Senate Seat -- Joe Sestak (D) vs. Pat Toomey (D): Pre-election polls showed this seat was a potential pick-up opportunity for the Republicans. Senate Democrats who think they can use a lame-duck session to force the country into a final, decisive lurch to the left may be in for a big surprise: newly elected senators ready to take their seats and derail major policy changes before the new Congress convenes
