Thanks I looked it up on Amazon it sounds like a good read. I'm in the middle of Tommy Franks new book "American Soldier" right now and it's a real eye opener too.

Is this "War in the Shadows" that was published in 1975? I've brought the 2 volume set used on Amazon but haven't read it yet. I'm presently reading "War of the Flea" another great book.

Well I for one live in Claremore and was having a hard time deciding on who to vote for. Both are great candidates and Brad is a very conservative Democrat in the line with a Republican. But after seeing Brads negative ads that I’m sure are produced by the LIBRAIAL national Democrats I wouldn’t vote for him for the world. He has showed me that his vote is for sale and I’m sad. He’s a great person when he votes his will………….

No, this is as big of fake as Rather's documents. These guns aren't banned right now with millions on the street. Anyone that want to own one can buy one. Most LEO's are faced with cheap Saturday Night specials like the Raven's and Jennings. Less than 2% of the gun crime are with these weapons which are nothing more than a mean looking semiautomatic rifle. Not too much use for a bayonet buy collectors love to collect these semiautomatic version of the Full Auto military guns. I grow tired of hearing the reputable media calling these guns automatic!

Ok I was too pissed to gather many facts but here's what I emailed CBS:

I’ve never seen a more irresponsible piece of journalism or response than the one’s seen on CBS this week. You bring on Mr. Barnes that’s the Co-chairman of the elect Kerry campaign with a forever changing story as people die and bring on forged documents a kid could decipher with an author that is also deceased to make brash claims when all you have to do is follow the sequence of events in the released valid documents to show they don’t add up.

It seems the Lt. Col. Jerry Killian family doesn’t believe it either. What about Mr. Barnes daughter Amy is she lying too. 250 men with signed affidavits weren’t enough creditability for you when the swift boat vets had something to say but these documents were? You best name your sources or I don’t think any of us will trust or watch CBS much in the future. If these documents were obtain by the “Freedom of Information Act” then their nothing to hide is there. Your creditability is on the line and were waiting to see who runs this station a democratic hack like Rather or honest news folks. It seems like forging documents should be a crime and I hope the justice department looks into this stations ethics and motives.
