During the recent Presidential Debate, John Kerry stated that if he becomes president, he will see to it that EVERY American receives exactly the same healthcare program as the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate now enjoy. This has to be the largest whopper he has told to date. The healthcare program enjoyed by members of congress and their families is totally free and covers everything.
