Shrouded in secrecy and speculation, Apple's mysterious "Titan" electric car project is believed to be in development at a top-secret facility hidden in plain sight, discovered by AppleInsider just minutes away from the company's California headquarters. Artist's (poor) rendering of an Apple garage. Whether or not the mythical "Apple Car" ever becomes a real product, the company is tinkering away on a top-secret automotive project. Sources familiar with the development of "Titan" say it's well beyond the concept stage, with serious work underway at a site located off of Apple's Cupertino campus. Specifically, two people with knowledge of the project...

No. Really. In a decision that can't possibly have any negative repercussions for the city's helpless residents, Springfield, Illinois mayor J. Michael Houston has given the key to the city to noted terrorist leader and snake enthusiast Cobra Commander. Ostensibly this was done as a promotion for the upcoming JoeCon, the G.I. Joe collector's convention which will be held in Springfield April 9th through 12th, but I think we all know Cobra Commander is plotting something. Joe fans likely remember that Springfield housed a secret Cobra base in the original cartoon, seen in the memorable and quite scarring two-part first...

Climate change isn't settled science, and National Geographic calling it such isn't science.

The folks at the Environmental Protection Agency, starting with a long line of its administrators that now includes Gina McCarthy, think you and the Congress of the United States are stupid. They have been telling lies for so long they can’t imagine that their chokehold on the American economy will ever end. It is, however, coming to an end and the reason is a Republican-controlled Congress responding to the countless businesses and individuals being ravaged by a ruthless bureaucracy driven by an environmental agenda determined to deprive America of the energy sources vital to our lives and the nation’s existence.

In her book “Credentialed to Destroy,” Robin Eubanks concludes: “In tracking both the reading wars and the math wars, it became undeniably clear that there was a consistent conscious pattern to reject what had been proven to work well for most students.” I would add, not just in reading and math but in ALL academic subjects. Apparently, our Education Establishment won’t rest until they have achieved total mediocrity, all the while pretending they have given us higher standards. Do you need Thomas Paine to tell you there is a “Crisis”? Do you need a weatherman to say which way the...

There’s a group called Women on 20s that wants Andrew Jackson ousted from the $20 bill and replaced with a woman. I don’t feel strongly one way or the other about Andrew Jackson or, for that matter, about whose face is on my money. The group offers 15 suggestions and at least one of them - Underground Railroad operator Sojourner Truth - would be an inspired choice. But then there’s Margaret Sanger.

Martha Boneta, who was instrumental in passing the two bills now dubbed Boneta Bill-1 and Boneta Bill-2, bought a farm that had a conservation easement which was administered by the Piedmont Environmental Council, a non-governmental organization, and the Virginia Outdoors Foundation, a state government agency. The Piedmont Environmental Council is a conservation group that holds 51 easements on 7,600 acres of land in Virginia. According to Kevin Mooney, when Boneta bought her farm in 2006, “she did not receive either tax breaks or money.”

I was driving and listening to the radio when I heard it, so any misstatements are unintentional. A caller, identifying himself as "Commander Fred," told Rush a story about Brian Williams under fire in the Middle east. According to Commander Fred, he was a C-130 pilot in the Middle East, with Brian Williams on board one day, when his aircraft came under fire. The first problem is that Commander is a Navy and Coast Guard rank, not one of the Army or Air Force, which would be what would have been flying Williams anywhere. Well, Commander Fred told a scary...

You think there is a Saint Orange, Joe?" Beepbeepbeep "What is yes, Alex.?" "Joe, take your thumb off the buzzer." Beepbeepbeep "What is no, Alex?" "OK, Harry. Your thumb off the buzzer, too. I've never seen so many idiots." Beepbeepbeep "What is The State Department,...

SEATTLE — The nation’s first citywide composting program based largely on shame began here in January. City sanitation workers who find garbage cans filled with aging lettuce, leftover pizza or even the box it came in are slapping on bright red tags to inform the offending household (and, presumably, the whole neighborhood) that the city’s new composting law has been violated. San Francisco may have been the first city to make its citizens compost food, but Seattle is the first to punish people with a fine if they don’t. In a country that loses about 31 percent of its food...

The BLS put out their monthly CPI lie last week. They issued the proclamation that inflation is dead. Did you know your costs are 0.1% lower than they were one year ago. They then used these deflation numbers to proclaim your real wages soared last month. It’s all good. The American consumer is so flush with cash, they decided to spend less money for the second month in a row. The Wall Street shysters are so happy with declining consumer spending, declining corporate profits, and a global recession, they pushed the NASDAQ up to 5,000 for the first time in...
