The investigator and attorney got into an argument that turned physical around 10 a.m. in a hallway outside a 10th floor courtroom, Lt. Mark Stichter said. He didn't know what prompted the argument. But defense attorney James Crawford said he was attacked by a DA investigator he didn't recognize. "My back was to him and the next thing I know I find my head getting slammed...

In Mississippi, the legislature is moving to prevent abusive infringements on the Second Amendment by members of the judiciary. As the Nation and the States move to restore Second Amendment rights, there is a inevitable tension between government entities.  The system was designed so that various power centers in the government would act as checks and balances against abuse of the power by other branches of government.  The legislative, judicial and executive branches were meant to check abuses of the other branches power, just as the state governments were meant to act as a check on federal power.  From clarionledger.com:...

Natural News has now confirmed that at least five private military contractors were operating on scene at the Boston marathon, and that they all carried black backpacks which look very similar to the backpack carrying the pressure cooker bomb (see pictures below). The mainstream media is completely censoring any mention of these "Craft" operatives, pretending they don't even exist. Only the alternative media is conducting real investigative journalism on these bombings. The mainstream media isn't interested in the truth; they only want to spin the attack into a new way to somehow blame conservative Americans for something they had no...

It was here at the courthouse in Benghazi where the first spark of the Libyan revolution ignited. It’s the symbolic seat of the revolution; post-Gaddafi Libya’s equivalent of Egypt’s Tahrir Square. And it was here, in the tumultuous months of civil war, that the ragtag rebel forces established their provisional government and primitive, yet effective, media center from which to tell foreign journalists about their “fight for freedom.” But according to multiple eyewitnesses—myself included—one can now see both the Libyan rebel flag and the flag of al Qaeda fluttering atop Benghazi’s courthouse. According to one Benghazi resident, Islamists are driving...

Winnebago County's circuit judges responded Monday to an effort by the district attorney there to wear his gun to work in the courthouse. The judges in January banned anyone but on-duty law enforcement officers from carrying a gun in the courthouse without written permission of the judge or court commissioner in front of whom the applicant will appear. District Attorney Christian Gossett and Deputy DA Scott Ceman, in a Monday petition to the Supreme Court, claim the orders exceed the judges' authority and contradict the state's concealed carry law which Gossett and Ceman claim specifically exempts prosecutors from the general...

The woman had arrived for a hearing in Juvenile and Domestic Relations court, officials said. Chicago - Late Friday morning, White House Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett caused a stir when she walked into the Dirksen Federal Building on a day when judges were considering cases involving former Illinois Gov.
