CPAC 2019 Trump is slated to address the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) at 11:30 a.m. EST in National Harbor, Md., just outside Washington. Vice President Pence, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway and top Trump economic adviser Larry Kudlow were among those who addressed the conference earlier this week.

I listened to this entire speech. (VP Mike Pence at CPAC 2019) Some of it was stilted as VP Pence's speaking style happens to be....but he was quite articulate in listing all of President Trump's accomplishments and quite enthusiastic. The speech was punctuated by many raucous standing ovations.
