Yes, one in five likely voters believe that Osama bin Laden is not dead. To be fair, 81 percent believe the uber-terrorist is dead, 11 percent have doubts that he is dead, and 8 percent are not sure — doubtful, to a degree, of the Obama administration’s official report.
  • Was taking out Bin Laden a Fraud

I am really beginning to wonder if this whole Bin Laden is a scam. The more I look at it, the more it stinks. Here is my theory, what do you think? The Osama compound did not look like a mansion by any means. The outside looks more like a prison than a home. Was Osama actually under house arrest and "on ice" in his compund in Pakistan and loosely “guarded” by the Pakistanis with full knowledge of the USA? Did Obama take out a man who was already in jail and now the Pakistanis are pissed? Inquiring minds want...

And so it goes for Osama bin Laden, at the very epicenter of the conspiracy du jour — and possibly the decade. Fueled by a hyperactive Internet and conflicting details, the week’s events have fostered creative notions that parse the fate of bin Laden and the White House version of his death.
  • Despite DNA evidence, some doubt bin Laden really dead

Within hours of the raid on Osama bin Laden's Pakistan compound, the CIA had used 21st technology to get "a virtually 100 percent DNA match" on the dead man. But something out of another century may come back to haunt the United States: the al-Qaida leader's burial at sea. Conspiracy theorists on the left and right were quick to insist bin Laden was either still alive or had been dead for years, pouncing on the government's decision to slide the body of the world's most wanted man off a board into the Arabian Sea. The burial at sea largely followed...
  • Bin Laden skull blown apart, official says

05/03/2011 5:06:05 AM PDT · by Red in Blue PA · 66 replies
left eye and the bullet blew away part of his skull, a U.S. official says. He was also shot in the chest. The precision kill shot was delivered by a member of the Navy's elite SEAL Team Six during a pre-dawn raid Monday on bin Laden's hideout in Pakistan. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to reporters. Photos of bin Laden's injuries were transmitted to Washington as proof that the mission was a success. The administration is still weighing whether to release photos of bin Laden's corpse and video of his swift...
  • Cindy Sheehan: I am sorry, but if you believe the newest death of OBL, you're stupid.

I am sorry, but if you believe the newest death of OBL, you're stupid. Just think to yourself--they paraded Saddam's dead sons around to prove they were dead--why do you suppose they hastily buried this version of OBL at sea? This lying, murderous Empire can only exist with your brainwashed consent--just put your flags away and THINK!

The decision to drop terror chieftain Osama bin Laden’s corpse into the Arabian Sea was the final meticulous step in a raid whose details were calculated to exert deadly force but also to achieve maximum effect in the propaganda war: the White House was careful to say bin Laden’s body had been treated according to Islamic tradition, but also to deny his followers a shrine. But while the watery grave may help diminish bin Laden’s status as a martyr to his followers, it was already fueling conspiracy theories; as the administration resisted releasing even photographs of the slain terrorist leader...
