It has been widely reported that Elvis Presley died in 1977 from cardiac arrhythmia, an irregular heartbeat, possibly brought on by drug dependency, obesity and a weak heart. But the music legend's longtime friend and physician, Dr. George “Nick” Nichopoulos, has put pen to paper for the first time and revealed his belief that it was chronic constipation that actually killed the King of Rock and Roll.

Had an interesting conversation this morning with a fellow conservative. We were discussing the decline of American culture and agreed on a turning point: 1956 In 1956, our youth was tired of WWII and wanted something new and fun. Then, Elvis Presley appeared like a bolt of lightning. Elvis was not Hollywood smooth, or elite or cultured. He was different from Sinatra, Crosby and Lanza - he ushered in a new music sound with a rebellious, cheeky attitude. A California man is in custody in Las Vegas, accused of faking his own death. John Sung Park was arrested at the MGM Grand. Park is facing several charges, including accusations that he was cheating at a Las Vegas poker game. Back in September, Park disappeared while diving with friends off the coast of Laguna Beach.
