A Tampa federal agent in charge of exposing and enforcing immigration issues is being exposed himself. Investigators announced Wednesday night they arrested 49-year-old Frank Figueroa Tuesday on charges of disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs. Detectives said security cameras caught Figueroa revealing himself to a 16-year-old girl at Orlando's Millenia Mall. Figueroa is the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Central Florida. He is on administrative leave as the investigation continues.
