New poll shows Bush lead growing As Gov. Jeb Bush and Democrat Bill McBride head into a nonstop long weekend of campaigning, the governor scored a 51-43 percent lead in a Mason-Dixon Florida Poll released today. The survey of 800 registered voters was conducted for the Tallahassee Democrat and several other Florida newspapers and broadcasters. It has an error margin of 3.5 percent.
