Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh made a rare television appearance Sunday morning, joining "Fox News Sunday" host Chris Wallace to discuss ISIS and the Syrian refugee crisis. After criticizing President Obama for seeming more angry at Republicans than the terrorists who attacked Paris, Limbaugh moved on to comment about the Republican presidential nominees, offering a glowing review of Donald Trump. “Donald Trump is, I think, doing a great service,” Limbaugh said. “He is showing that you do not have to fear attacks from media. He's showing you do not have to fear being politically correct or violating political correctness.”(continued)

WALLACE: So what does this brutal attack in Paris tell us about the growing terror threat and how the U.S. needs to respond? To discuss that, let's brings in Congressman Peter King, chair of the House Subcommittee on Terrorism. Chairman King, what's the latest intel that you have received? Was it in fact ISIS? Were these homegrown terrorists? Or had they been trained and directed from Syria? REP. PETER KING, R-NY, SELECT INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE: Chris, the picture is still not entirely clear. Having said that, though, it is clear it was ISIS. Whether or not it was out of a...

Chris Wallace should probably stick to grilling Republican presidential candidates. Somehow, during a radio interview with conservative host Mike Gallagher on Friday, the Fox News Sunday host got pulled into a discussion about former American Idol star Kelly Clarkson’s weight. The two men were discussing Little Caesars’ bacon-wrapped crust pizza when Gallagher brought up “fat shaming.” “Have you seen Kelly Clarkson? You know the singer, Kelly Clarkson?” Gallagher asked Wallace. “Holy cow, did she blow up.” At first, it seemed that Wallace was going to avoid joining in on this bizarre line of questioning, saying he thinks Clarkson has “got...

Gov. Scott Walker still hasn't spoken with President Barack Obama about the president's love for America, but the possible contender for the Republican nomination now has an opinion on the subject. Wisconsin's governor tells "Fox News Sunday" that Obama or "anybody else who is willing to put their name on the ballot certainly has to have the love for country to do that." ...

Chris Wallace celebrated his 50th anniversary in the news business this summer. The biological son of legendary 60 Minutes reporter Mike Wallace got his start as a 16-year-old assistant to Walter Cronkite, a job he landed courtesy of his stepfather, future president of CBS News Bill Leonard. As the host of Fox News Sunday, Wallace has seen his overall viewership spike 20 percent year-over-year to 1.22 million per episode in August. Wallace spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the changes he has seen over five decades and the coverage of today’s biggest news stories. When did you decide to become...

  • Not Even Trying Anymore: White House Blames Bush for Weak Economic Data in 2014

When asked about the poor economic conditions in America ahead of the President’s State of the Union speech, Senior White House Advisor, Dan Pfeiffer, petulantly passed the buck to George W. Bush. The comedic excuse is as pathetic as it is baseless. But don’t let that stop the White House from trying to cast blame for today’s economic failures on an economic crises that came to life in the closing days of their predecessor’s administration. On Fox News Sunday, Pfeiffer explained to Anchor Chris Wallace that the reason for America’s weak economic “recovery” was because of the damage done...

    >Sarah Palin will address the controversial comments made by about her by MSNBC’s Martin Bashir for the first time on the November 24th edition of Fox News Sunday. Fox News’ Chris Wallace is also expected to interview Palin about the Affordable Care Act and her new book Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas. After Palin made her own controversial remarks comparing America’s debt crisis to “slavery,” Bashir delivered a monologue on his MSNBC program in which he suggested that, in order to truly understand the horrors of slavery, someone should defecate into Palin’s mouth. Bashir later...
  • Wallace Destroys Jack Lew Over IRS Scandal: ‘Where’s The Investigation? The Questions

On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace went after Treasury Secretary Jack Lew over the investigation—or lack thereof, in Wallace’s estimation—of alleged targeting by the IRS of conservative 501(c)(4) groups. The IRS scandal—which had receded in recent weeks after an audit by the Inspector General revealed progressive groups were scrutinized in addition to conservative organizations, and produced no evidence linking the behavior to a political appointee—was revived this week when President Barack Obama’s invoked “phony scandals” in his speech in Galesburg, Illinois. Lew was directed by Obama to follow up on the Inspector General’s report

It was he and progressive Democrat Sen. Schumer that appeared today on "Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace" and seemed to tag-team on why the "immigration" (cough) bill should be supported. I wonder who ran faster to get in front of the lens/microphone? A vote for S. 744 or a vote to send this to conference will end any chance of Republicans winning the presidency in 2016, given that it does not have wide-spread Tea-Party, Conservative & Libertarian support, and does not have the support of Conservative/Libertarian-leaning Independents. 2012 all over again... And thus: They WILL be energized to primary...

While former Godfather’s Pizza CEO Herman Cain’s poll numbers have been sky-high in recent weeks, the honeymoon may soon be over for him, says Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume. “The abortion blunder was inexplicable,” Hume continued. “It doesn’t walk it back when you say it ought to be the person’s choice but it is also illegal. I’m sorry — that doesn’t help. I suspect Herman Cain may have peaked and may begin to decline.”

Is Chris Wallace's latest Fox News Sunday stunt the meat in a controversy sandwich that he's building? See Wallace ask Michele Bachmann if she is a "flake" in a video embedded at the original post here, or at YouTube. Well is she? Did Wallace miss her debate performance in New Hampshire? Unless she's his lab rat for some psychology thesis, what purpose does the question serve? She's not going to say yes. While Wallace did apologize, what makes Michele Bachmann the lucky recipient of such a question when the left itself is a bunch of flakes... Here's a snowflake...

On his program Fox News Sunday, host Chris Wallace asked his guest, presidential candidate Michele Bachmann if she was a flake. Bachmann seemed perturbed by the question, and rightly so, and then proceeded to answer the question with coherence, grace and dignity. She responded by saying "well, I think that would be insulting, to say something like that, because I'm a serious person". Bachmann pointed out that she has been married 33 years, is a lawyer, has a post-doctorate degree in federal tax law, worked in the U.S. federal tax court, has five children, raised 23 foster children and opened...

One might expect to hear the term flake bandied about in a private conservation when talking about another person not present, but it is not a term that often comes up on Sunday morning public affairs talk shows — especially so directly. However, on “Fox News Sunday,” it was a description moderator Chris Wallace asked 2012 Republican presidential candidate Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, who Wallace said has a reputation in Washington of making “questionable statements,” to respond to. “Finally, let’s talk about Michele Bachmann because — and you say — it’s interesting,” Wallace said. “You say that people saw in...
