LIVE OAK, Texas (KABB/WOAI) – A Good Samaritan was shot and killed trying to stop a robbery. Two armed men attempted to rob Kay Jewelers in Rolling Oaks Mall just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Deon Frasier, 17, and Michael Dupree-Tyler, 19, were arrested at an apartment less than six miles from the intersection of Durant Ave. and North Jimtown Dr. where police say they robbed and killed 45-year-old Chadwick Garrett around 11 p.m. Monday after he helped them haul their Dodge Durango out of a ditch. An American family found the deceased mother shark on a beach in Cape Town, South Africa, but noticed that something inside the creature was still moving.
