Barack Obama had an awkward moment today at a Town Hall Meeting he was holding, as you see in this video. As he was ready to get underway in his remarks, a person in the crowd began to heckle him, asking that the Pledge of Allegiance be said. Obama induldged the young man, and eventually thanked him publicly for reminding them all that they had not yet said the Pledge. Interesting moment. . . . (see video)

Two men unfurled a banner that said “What about the black community, Obama?” and contained the web address www.uhurunews.com, a website created by the International People’s Democratic Movement. Hecklers in Florida have accused Barack Obama of ignoring the plight of the "oppressed" black community. Three protestors holding a banner reading "What about the black community Obama?" stood up during a meeting in St Petersburg where the democratic presidential candidate was speaking about the US economy.

That's right folks, blacks are angry with the Messiah for not speaking out on Katrina (barf) and other issues affecting blacks. One of the blacks questioning Obama was real angry and Obama responded with a bunch of "uh huhs" that he normally says. Clearly he wasn't ready for this, "uppity" blacks questioning The All Powerful and All Knowing Obamessiah.

An audience member ambushed John McCain on Thursday at an otherwise placid town hall meeting in Des Moines, Iowa, with a surprise question about whether he had ever called his wife by an obscene term. The man stood up and first said he wanted to ask the Arizona senator about a “mental health and mental health care” concern. “Previously I had been married to a woman who was very verbally abusive to me,” the man said. He paused and asked, “Is it true that you called your wife a c***?” The crowd booed, and McCain responded:
