After the election of Barack Obama in 2008, Rush Limbaugh took to the airwaves in January 2009 to announce his hope for the failure of Barack Obama's policies. Last month, Ithaca High School administrators sent a letter home with students, informing their parents that the flag of the Confederacy had been banned.
