I’d like to amend that title to 19 Disgusting Things About The Duggars….and Counting. Here’s why: 1) Their son Josh was a serial child abuser, yet they don’t seem to even realise this salient fact. ‘He was so young,’ they wailed, ‘he’d just turned 14’…. ‘he was so young’…etc, vomit-makingly etc. Here’s the only fact that matters: Josh Duggar sexually molested FOUR of his own young sisters, one as young as 5, and a baby-sitter. 2) They didn’t report him to anyone for 16 months after he first confessed. That’s not them being ‘failed parents’ as they would have us...

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar built their custom home with a number of measures that physically separate their sons - including molester Josh - from their daughters, Daily Mail Online can reveal. The couple, who have 19 children, moved into the sprawling 7,000-square-foot house they designed and helped to build in January 2006 - four years after their eldest son confessed to his sordid actions. Strikingly, they built their daughters' shared bedroom at the opposite end of their home's second floor to their sons' room - with their master bedroom situated right in front of the girls' one, 'blocking' it....

A 2006 police report detailing Josh Duggar’s molestation of his sisters has caused a media firestorm, yet the document has also revealed another detail that the Duggar family has yet to address: namely, the assertion by one of their children that Jim Bob and Michelle use a rod to spank them. The allegations surfaced in the police report, which was released in a redacted form last week by In Touch Weekly. The report includes a summary of a conversation which occurred between an investigator and one of the Duggar children, who remains unnamed. “Inv. Taylor asked [redacted] about getting spanked....

Fox News’ Megyn Kelly finally aired her big, much-anticipated interview with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, in which they opened up about their son Josh Duggar‘s public confession that he molested several young girls, including his own sisters, when he was a teenager. The first time it happened, they explained, was when their son came to them, crying and saying he had touched his young sisters when they were asleep. Michelle Duggar said, “We had one ray of hope in that Josh had a tender conscience.” There were more instances afterwards, Jim Bob Duggar said, in which their son had...

After last week’s shocking admission that he’d molested his sisters as a teenager, former “19 Kids and Counting” star Josh Duggar has put his parents in quite a pickle. While Josh has (deservedly) received plenty of backlash from his admission, his parents have also come under heavy scrutiny for how they have handled the situation. ..... However, it’s worth noting where Jim Bob, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2002, actually stands on the issue of incest and rape — or at least what he told the public while he was running for office. According to Gawker, who...

A biological father and daughter in an incestuous relationship have lost custody of their second baby after the first son, plagued with genetic problems, was also taken away. The baby boy was removed from their care four days after he was born in Oregon last year, Eric Lee Gates and his adult daughter, Chalena Mae Moody, had asked the appeals court to overturn a decision for the baby to be put in foster care, but their case was rejected, reports the Register Guard.

A gay man has spoken of his joy after his mother gave birth to his child, following a surrogate pregnancy. Anne-Marie Casson, 46, gave birth to baby Miles via C-section, after a donor egg was fertilised with the sperm of her 27-year-old son, Kyle. Kyle, 27, from Doncaster, South Yorkshire is believed to be the first single man in the UK to have a child through surrogacy, and also the first man to use his own mother as a surrogate host. But after a High Court ruling, he can now become the child’s legal father, despite also legally being the...

C.S. Lewis wrote in 1952 that “perversions of the sex instinct are numerous, hard to cure, and frightful.” The good Oxford don did not live to see the times we now live in, times in which progressive extremists can state a straight face that actually there are no sexual perversions – times in which even the long-held taboos against pedophilia and incest are falling like dominoes. The evidence that in the name of absolute sexual freedom, traditional taboos are no longer to be honored is everywhere. While sexual perversion has always existed, it has never been as widely tolerated and...

What happens when we run out of taboos? The question arises thanks to a column in Salon.com from one Jenny Kutner, an assistant editor "focusing on sex, gender and feminism." This particular column focuses on an 18-year-old woman who is currently dating. That wouldn't be odd, except that she is dating her biological father. Apparently, this woman's father left her family when she was 4; when he came back into her life, she was 16. "It was so weird and confusing," she said. "I was seeing my dad for the first time in forever but it was also like, He's...

Well, not really. But maybe! Can you marry your cousin? It's an interesting question. In some states, YES, you CAN marry your first cousin! In other states - it's a no-no, forbidden. Now HOW and WHY was this state of affairs (or marriages, be it whatever) allowed to exist? How and why did states HAVE THE RIGHT to determine under what conditions marriage was allowable? Because it was RECOGNIZED by the federal government that equal protection WAS NOT VIOLATED by such marriages! Thoughts? Ideas? (btw, my cousin is kind of cute, but she's just not my type...) ;-)

Like a plastic Piggly Wiggly bag fluttering about in the alley, those untethered from God’s natural law are violently tossed to and fro by the gusting winds of moral relativism. Jenny Kutner is one such Piggly Wiggly bag. A 20-something assistant editor at Salon.com, she describes herself as “focusing on sex, gender and feminism.” By “focusing on sex, gender and feminism,” and as you will soon see, this young “progressive” means to say that she spends her days rationalizing each and every conceivable form of sexual deviancy, as well as trying to otherwise deconstruct that which she and her fellow...

It stands to reason that if abortion is viewed as morally and legally correct, other immoral acts will become socially acceptable as well. Now, according to a judge in Australia, incest is one of those acts. During the trial of a brother charged with raping his younger sister, Judge Garry Neilson said that incest may no longer be morally unacceptable because the only reason it is criminal is due to the potential for abnormalities in any conceived children. Neilson said that thanks to contraception and abortion, there is no longer that risk. The man on trial had raped his sister...

A commission composed mostly of former world leaders will recommend Tuesday that governments move beyond legalizing marijuana and decriminalize and regulate the use of most other illegal drugs, including heroin and cocaine. The international drug-control system is broken, says a report to be released Tuesday in New York by the Global Commission on Drug Policy. Governments should be allowed wide latitude to experiment with the regulation of drugs, except for the most lethal, says the commission, whose 21 members include former U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, former U.S. Secretary of State George Shultz, and former presidents such as Brazil´s...
