Kosovo Protection Corps (KPC) is transforming into Armed Forces of Kosovo, KPC's spokesman Shemsi Sulja said, adding that the transformation has begun some time ago. "We have been working on transformation of KPC into defense forces of Kosovo from some time back. NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Twin blasts aboard a train bound from India to Pakistan that killed at least 64 people were probably "an act of terror", the spokesman for India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said on Monday.
