Truncated title. Full title: EXCLUSIVE–Radical Islam Expert: Hillary Clinton ‘Most Corrupt and Deeply Flawed Democratic Candidate’ in History Joel Rosenberg, a New York Times best-selling and award-winning author who focuses on radical Islam, said presumptive Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton is the most corrupt and flawed Democratic candidate in history — but the Middle East expert isn’t too excited about presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump either. “We’re in a strange moment where Hillary Clinton has the most foreign policy experience, but her judgment on the key foreign policy issues — especially radical — Islam is horrible,” Rosenberg, who is a dual...

"Apocalyptic Islam doesn’t want to simply attack us, it wants to annihilate us,” Rosenberg told me during an interview broadcast on my podcast. “Apocalyptic Muslims like the leaders of Iran and the leaders of the Islamic State believe that we are living in the End Times and that it’s their mission from Allah to bring about the end of the world as we know it.” Rosenberg describes Apocalyptic Islam as a subset of Radical Islam. “We’re not talking about 1.6 billion Muslims,” he said. “We’re talking about ten percent or less who are radicals.” But ten percent of 1.6 billion...

Something is coming. I don’t know what. But we must be ready. Here’s the key question: Is America heading towards a terrible implosion or a great awakening? I feel a tremendous sense of urgency about this column. The United States is hurtling towards severe trouble, and the events of the past few months — and what may be coming over the next few months — grieves me a great deal. Something is coming. I don’t know what. But we all must be ready in every possible way. Consider where we are in the summer of 2015: •Violence is exploding in...

Who is Vladimir Putin, and what does he really want? Why exactly has he suddenly sent tens of thousands of heavily armed Russian troops into Crimea? Why did he invade Georgia in 2008? Why is he selling arms to bloodthirsty regimes like that of Bashar Assad in Syria? And why is selling both advanced arms and nuclear technology to a rogue terrorist state like Iran? In the face of such questions, President Obama looks disoriented and confused. He and his national-security team have been painfully slow to understand the Putin threat. They’re now scrambling to develop a coherent and convincing...

Joel Rosenberg announces the release of Damascus Countdown that completes the Twelfth Imam trilogy, a book endorsed by “…former presidential candidate, Rich Santorum and radio host, Rush Limbaugh…” Rosenberg’s realistic portrayal of the unrest and division in the Middle East, Jerusalem and the anticipated appearance of the prophetic Twelfth Imam is chilling, dramatic and real. The Tehran Initiative, second in the series, ended with covert agent David Shirazi, aka Mr. Tabrizi’s meeting with the Twelfth Imam’s aide to deliver the highly prized SAT phones, that unbeknownst to them were converted by the CIA. Damascus Countdown begins with that meeting.

Joel Rosenberg tried to bring a gun into the Minneapolis Police headquarters and the cops wouldn't let him. Now Rosenberg is accusing the cop who took his gun of assault. Earlier this month, Rosenberg, who says he is a science fiction writer and handgun instructor, paid a visit to the MPD chief's office to pick up some documents he'd requested. Sgt. William Palmer, the public information officer, saw that Rosenberg was packing, and asked him to dump the gun. Rosenberg refused. He insisted he had the right to wear his gun. Israel is actually in danger of being blindsided by two new threats. The first is the real and growing possibility that the United Nations will shift the nuclear spotlight away from Iran and on to Israel in an effort to force Jerusalem to disclose and dismantle its alleged nuclear weapons and join the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Israel does not openly acknowledge having atomic weapons. But the U.N. Security Council could pass a resolution forcing Israel to allow international inspectors in. If Israel refused to comply, she could be subject to diplomatic isolation, crippling economic sanctions, and even international enforcement...

Rush Limbaugh highly recommends Rosenberg’s works, and his first fiction book (The Last Jihad) was somewhat prescient of the Iraq War. Regular readers of this weblog and my books know that Bible prophecy says the ancient city of Babylon, Iraq will be rebuilt and become the greatest center of wealth, commerce and power in the “last days” of history. The books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Revelation are explicit on this subject. Skeptics and cynics abound, to be sure, but the fact is Babylon is being rebuilt right now, in part with U.S. taxpayer funds. Thirty-one years have passed since the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision. More than 43 million children have died. Yet even as the country's attitudes have shifted in favor of more restrictions on abortion, Democrats haven't shifted at all. Indeed, they have become extremists on the issue, and it may cost them, especially in the south. A CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll conducted last January found that 70 percent of Americans support a ban on partial-birth abortion. Younger Americans feel even more strongly that killing a baby in the process of being born is downright barbaric. A whopping 77 percent of Americans...

Watching the results of the Hawkeye Caucuses, I couldn't help but think of my eighth-grade French teacher, Mr. Murphy. He was a great guy, and a wonderful teacher. But he knew buptkus about politics. In late October of 1980, I interviewed Mr. Murphy for an underground school newspaper. He confidently predicted President Carter would win reelection for this reason and that. The day after the presidential election, I couldn't resist. My little article in The Rocciola Spitoon hit the hallways with this front-page headline: "MURPHY PICKS CARTER; IT'S REAGAN BY A LANDSLIDE." Now, it's one thing, of course, for a...

Just a heads up to Christian Freepers who enjoy a good action read: Joel Rosenberg's new book, "The Last Days," has some plot twists that, I must say, blindsided me. Can't give away anything here, except to say the book is about a unique "Middle East Peace Conference" being carried out under extreme Clancy-esque circumstances. But you will not see this one coming. BTW, Rosenberg was Limbaugh's researcher for a time, and his previous book, "The Last Jihad," was also pretty good.

After I read "Last Jihad" by Joel Rosenberg, I researched information about him and as a result, signed up to receive emails from him. Thinking it would simply be notices about his forthcoming new novel, I have been amazed to read updates about his visit in Israel with an insiders look at the day-to-day conditions. Received the latest this morning - thought you all would be interested in first hand information about the situation there. (October 10, 2003) -- As I write this not far from the Israeli border with Syria, there's news of another Palestinian suicide bombing in Israel....
