A gruesome murder that left the body of 43-year-old Jennifer Renee-Henry Ling in her home in the 1500 block of West Sixth Street Sunday and her decapitated head in a bag a few blocks away has ended with the arrest of her 21-year-old son. A woman who told police she works for a community-based organization has been arrested on prostitution and drug related charges. It's a story 9 News broke. 41-year-old Shari Bell of Walnut Hills was arrested Wednesday night by Cincinnati Police. Bell allegedly approached an undercover officer's car in Evanston and offered him sex for money. Police also say they found a crack pipe in Bell's coat pocket. A 12-year-old boy was charged with first-degree murder Friday after he allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot a man four times during a street dice game in the pre-dawn hours on Chicago's Far South Side last Sunday.
