Surveillance tape from December 23 recorded inside McAllister's office in Monroe, shows him engaged in a stolen clinch with Peacock, who is his district scheduler - and the wife of a childhood friend.

BROOKSVILLE – Jennifer E. Wood, 33, was arrested on aggravated assault charges after authorities accused her of threatening her boyfriend with a knife and stabbing a cellphone. on Thursday night, Hernando County sheriff’s officials said. According to the boyfriend, deputies said, Wood was angry that other women were sending him text messages. During an argument at their High Corner Road home, she grabbed a knife and began stabbing his phone, sheriff’s officials said.

Ana Trujillo is accused of striking 59-year-old Alf Stefan Andersson at least 25 times in the face with her shoe during an argument in June at his Houston condominium. Her attorneys say she was defending herself from an attack by Andersson. Prosecutors are set to present three rebuttal witnesses on Tuesday. Closing arguments would likely start after that.

A 49-year-old woman found herself in a pile of trouble after investigators linked her to apparent human poop in an elevator at the St. Lucie County Courthouse in downtown Fort Pierce. VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — A man reportedly died Sunday from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest at an indoor firing range in the San Fernando Valley. The incident occurred around 2:25 p.m. on the 16100 block of Cohasset Street, in Van Nuys, according to LAPD Officer Rosario Herrera. The trouble started about 8 p.m. Saturday night as sheriff's deputies responded to two stabbings on Camino Del Sur. Two people were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are unknown. About 9:30 p.m., a UCSB police officer was hit in the head with a backpack full of liquor bottles. Two Santa Barbara County sheriff's deputies also responded and were injured. One deputy was hit with a bottle and will undergo surgery on his hand. The violence escalated and another deputy was hit in the head with a brick.
