Dana Nessel’s office is attempting to accuse Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno of gaining illegal and unauthorized access to a MI voting tabulator. The investigation, in which Nessel falsely attempts to tie to DePerno, involves a tabulator that was given by the Roscommon clerk to another MI attorney to be reviewed after the clerk became suspicious of the 2020 election results.
