Michael Reagan will be the keynote speaker next week... It's being billed as "the ultimate town hall for conservatives." The nonprofit Steamboat Institute promotes what it calls the five basic founding principles of the United States: lower taxes, free markets, strong national defense and individual rights and responsibilities.
