[My previous report was in three parts, with the first being a rather extensive exposure of a misquote by the SCOTUS in both McCreery v. Somerville and Wong Kim Ark. The second part exposed fraudulent propaganda from Maskell's most recent CRS memo. And the final part examined Minor v. Happersett in light of some of the arguments being offered against its precedent, providing new analysis of key provisions of the holding therein. I am reprinting the section on Minor now as a separate post because it is crucial to understanding the case, and it appears to have been somewhat swallowed...

Grab a cup of java, put your thinking caps on, kick back and relax. We are going to be here for a while. Focus. Below, you will be privy to a true and proper revision of United States Supreme Court history. One of the foundational building blocks for Justice Gray’s opinion in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark is the case, McCreery v. Somerville, 22 US 354 (1824), to which Gray made a fatally flawed assumption based upon his failure to acknowledge a judicially recognized misquote. Then, Justice Gray compounded his initial error by creating a separately deceptive quotation. These errors...

Justia.com published corrupted versions of 25 US Supreme Court opinions pertaining to the issue of POTUS eligibility. (See previous JustiaGate reports here, here, here and here.) Admitting that many Supreme Court cases had, in fact, been “mangled”, Justia CEO Tim Stanley told CNET on Oct. 24, 2011: “When we discovered the issue, we corrected the script and the cases now render correctly.” But it’s now apparent that Justia missed a few rather large spots cleaning up their mess. This morning, I received a comment by prolific Constitutional researcher, Dan Goodman, who published an article entitled, “Natural (native) Born Citizen Defined“,...

A New Jersey attorney who brought the first legal challenge to Barack Obama's occupancy in the Oval Office to the U.S. Supreme Court has published a report revealing that references to a U.S. Supreme Court decision addressing the definition of "natural-born citizen" were scrubbed at one of the key online resources for legal documents. The Minor v. Happersett case is significant because it is one of very few references in the nation's archives that addresses the definition of "natural-born citizen," a requirement imposed by the U.S. Constitution on only the U.S. president. Among the dozens of examples identified by Donofrio...

Trivia question: What do Anwar al-Awlaki, Yaser Esam Hamdi, and newborn twin daughters of Mexican drug lord Joaquin Guzman have in common? You were probably ready to hit the buzzer and answer something like "What is Islamic terrorism"-until you finished reading the entire question. The correct answer: "What is 'presumed' US citizenship." The adjective "presumed" was used by Justice Scalia to describe Hamdi's US citizenship in the famous 2004 case of Hamdi v. Rumsfeld. Although Justice Scalia did not elaborate on his usage of "presumed" in the opening of his dissenting opinion in Hamdi, the government's Respondent brief and both...

Someone was incredibly busy in June 2008 working on an illegal front invisible to the public; searching and altering Supreme Court Cases published at Justia.com which cite the only case in American history - Minor v. Happersett (1875) - to directly construe Article 2 Section 1's natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship issue as part of its holding and precedent. In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a "native or natural-born citizen" as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain. In June 2008...

New evidence conclusively establishes that 25 U.S. Supreme Court opinions were sabotaged then republished at Justia.com during the run up to the ’08 election. My prior report documented the scrubbing of just two cases. But last week, a third sabotaged case was discovered which led to a thorough examination of all US Supreme Court cases which cite “Minor v. Happersett” as they appeared on Justia.com between 2006 and the present. Since Justia placed affirmations on each tampered opinion which state “Full Text of Case”, personnel may also be guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. 1018 by intentionally passing off tampered versions...

She reclines among leopard print pillows, her rouged lips pouting at the camera. But shockingly the model in these highly sexualised pictures is only 10 years old. The provocative images of Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau, who is tipped as the next big thing on the fashion scene, are causing a storm of controversy with campaigners furious that a child so young should be displaying the sexual allure of someone twice her age. Thylane has appeared in numerous campaigns and her image is all over the internet. To date she has an impressive portfolio - the French girl has graced the cover...

Barack Obama is an illegal President, who has likely committed felonies in office and there is an active conspiracy to prevent the American people from learning the truth. There is evidence that Obama’s birth documents and Selective Service registrations are forgeries and that he is using a stolen Social Security number. Yet there are no investigations to ascertain the facts. There is only willful ignorance. Many of our political leaders and government officials are either actively or passively complicit in this crime against our Constitution and our country. Attorney Leo Donofrio has documented evidence that Justia.com, the main resource on...

"THE EXPRESS LANE TO NATURAL BORN CLARITY. The US Supreme Court definition of an Article 2 Section 1 natural-born citizen as stated in Minor v Happersett is strictly limited to those persons born in the United States to parents who were citizens. Below, I will make this crystal clear with stealth to reduce the complexities of the issue into a refined exposition and mantra the average citizen will easily comprehend. NATURAL BORN CLARITY The Supreme Court in Minor specifically avoided construing the 14th Amendment as to the issue of whether Virginia Minor was a US citizen. Instead, the Court looked...

A television documentary team has pieced together details surrounding the case of a 16-year-old girl, executed two years ago in Iran. On 15 August, 2004, Atefah Sahaaleh was hanged in a public square in the Iranian city of Neka. Her death sentence was imposed for "crimes against chastity".

An interesting “stand-off’’ of sorts developed outside a barbecue President Obama was attending at a friend’s house Saturday night between followers of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan on one side and members of the press and the U.S. Secret Service guarding the president on the other. Just a few blocks from Obama’s home in the Kenwood/Hyde Park neighborhood, Obama’s friend Marty Nesbitt lives across the street from the ornate yellow-gold home where Farrakhan lives.

SALT LAKE CITY — House Majority Leader Kevin Garn admitted as the Legislature adjourned Thursday night to a nude hot tubbing incident with a teenage girl 25 years ago. In a tearful statement in a packed House chambers, Garn said the mistake has "now come back to haunt me" as the woman has gone public with the story. The Layton Republican said he entered into a confidentiality agreement with the woman in 2002 and paid her $150,000. "I was 28 years old and I foolishly went hot-tubbing with a young woman nearly half my age. Although we did not have...

PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Mayor Sam Adams could lose two homes in north Portland after falling behind on his mortgage payments. The homes in question sit side-by-side on North McClellan Street in the Kenton neighborhood and both are now in pre-foreclosure. KATU obtained a copy of two notices of default against the properties, showing the mayor has not paid a mortgage payment on either home for five months. With late fees, that adds up to over $10,000 in back payments. Adams said Tuesday his financial problems stemmed from the fact that he had to pay up front for legal bills...

A woman is under investigation for allegedly posing as her teenage daughters for sexually explicit chats on MySpace. The woman has not been charged, but court documents - including a police affidavit - reveal she told investigators she assumed her daughters' identities on MySpace, had sexually explicit chats, and sent pornographic images over the Internet as well as through multi-media messages to cell phones. She allegedly did that while pretending to be her younger daughter, who is 15 years old. It's unclear the ages of the boys or men she was targeting and exactly when the alleged incidents took place....

Writer Alissa York when she reads to them, is interested in what her readers have to say. "I'm not giving any homework," she laughed during a telephone interview from her Toronto home about her reading at the Pelham Public Library next Wednesday night... The author of Effigy, a historical novel about a 19th century Mormon child bride in a Utah family, has given a number of readings recently. While some questions are similar, she said many are different. At one reading, for example, an audience member asked whether she had read the Book of Mormon. She had. "To me it...

(Baton Rouge) - A former Belaire High School art teacher was put on probation after pleading guilty Tuesday to charges that accused her of having off-campus sex with a 15-year-old male student in the fall 2007. State District Judge Todd Hernandez actually sentenced 29-year-old Kesha D. Manuel to eight years in prison at hard labor on a felony charge of cruelty to a juvenile and six months in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a misdemeanor charge of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, but suspended both terms. Hernandez put Manuel on active supervised probation for five years on the felony...

Orbit of solar system object SQ372 (blue) compared with the orbits of Neptune Pluto and Sedna (white, green, red). Credit: N. Kaib. Astronomers announced today that a new "minor planet" with an unusual orbit has been found just two billion miles from Earth, closer than Neptune. Using the Sloan Digital Sky Survey, astronomers detected a small, comet-like object called 2006 SQ372, which is likely made of rock and ice. However, its orbit never brings it close enough to the sun for it to develop a tail. Its unusual orbit is an ellipse that is four times longer than it...
