In a new and ridiculous policy, the US is denying Israeli scientists who work at the Dimona reactor site an opportunity to refresh their knowedge, Joshua Pundit reports: Ma'ariv reported today that the Israeli government was stunned when every nuclear technician at Israel's Dimona reactor who had submitted visa requests to visit the United States for ongoing university education in Physics, Chemistry and Nuclear Engineering had their visa applications summarily rejected, specifically because of their association with the Dimona reactor.

Action News has learned Homeland Security and the Joint Anti-terrorism Task Force is also involved in a major operation. The order - which does not require congressional approval - would be aimed at reflecting long-standing law barring federal aid for abortions except for cases of rape or incest or when the mother's life is threatened. THE HEALTH REPORT: President Obama is scheduled to give two interviews Wednesday afternoon as the Senate continues to work its way toward a final health care vote scheduled for Thursday. The first interview, at 1:45 p.m. in the Oval Office, will be with two National Public Radio reporters: Julie Rovner, a health policy correspondent, and Robert Siegel, the host of "All Things Considered." They will focus on health care, NPR says. The second interview will be with PBS's Jim Lehrer, at 2:15 p.m. in the Map Room. PBS says the questions will be on "the health reform push and more."
