  • Muslims Torch 940 Cars Across France on New Year’s Eve

    01/03/2015 1:32:31 PM PST · by Beave Meister · 26 replies
The enemedia is applauding this because the number is a few shy of last year’s mass car burnings — as if this were consequential. Wrong. Burning close to 1000 cars is the lede — that’s the story, but media has little to say about that, and even less about the fact that it was Muslims. Perhaps the number would have been higher if so many French Muslims hadn’t gone to the Middle East to wage jihad alongside the Islamic State.

Anti-police protesters are planning to disrupt New Year’s Eve celebrations at major metropolitan sites. The website Stop Mass Incarceration calls upon activists to not allow New Years Eve 2015 “to go down because business as usual in Amerikkka includes wanton police murder of Black people.”The announcement says that as Americans around the country ringing in the New Year must be disrupted: “The refusal of grand juries in Ferguson and Staten Island to indict the cops who murdered Michael Brown and Eric Garner made this clear. So the powerful, beautiful and necessary outpourings that have disrupted this society’s normal routine must...

The article, and especially the video, contain profanity.KDOC Los Angeles Had The Most Spectacularly Disastrous New Year’s Special In The History Of Television Okay, so lots of things have been said about this year’s batch of New Year’s Eve TV broadcasts — mostly about Kathy Griffin bending down to kiss Anderson Cooper‘s crotch on CNN’s air. But forget that. Just forget it. It wasn’t important. After you read this post, none of those other faux-NYE messes will be relevant. Why? Because independent local Los Angeles station KDOC’s New Year’s Eve special was the most glorious train...

Seven Patriots supported our troops in Olney this morning of New Year’s Eve. Our special guest today was 3DJoy who brought up some warm southern temps for the DC area the past 10 days. Some spring bulbs even started to come up. While I was in the sun, I had to remove my jacket. Of course when the shade over took my spot, it got a little chilly and back on went the jacket. We also had a “newbie” today. Martin from [Mrs] T’s and Cindy_True_Supporter’s American Legion Post. Martin had such a good time waving, talking with every one...

NEW Year’s Eve was quiet “with no major incidents” according to the Interior Minister, who has been criticised by the Opposition for a “minimalist” report on the night. Interior Minister Brice Hortefeux has not published figures for cars burned during the night (a new year tradition for criminals) because he believes the annual toll is turning into a competition. Publishing figures just gives a kind of target for criminals to beat, he believes, having refused to publish similar figures for car burning on July 14 last year. Nonetheless, the minister said that 501 people were questioned by police during the...

When the ball drops at midnight on Times Square, a massive message will appear on the 26-foot by 20-foot JumbroTron not to issue New Year greetings but to maintain that Islam is a religion of peace and goodwill, despite a rash of recent attacks by radical Muslims on American soil.

Update: The French press reported that the Interior Ministry released a final "verified" count of 1,147 vehicles burned in France over New Year's Eve. The number is up 30.64% from last year's total, 878. REUTERS - At least 445 cars were torched over the night of New Year's Eve in France, a 20 percent rise on last year, but there were relatively few clashes with police, the Interior Ministry and police said on Thursday. Car burnings are regular occurrences in France but the registering the New Year's Eve total has become something of a tradition since they achieved symbolic status...

The French call it "la gueule de bois," or wooden mouth. For Germans, it's "Kater," or a tomcat. Japanese know it as "futsukayoi," or "two-days drunk." But whatever the language and wherever it takes place, a hangover is the same: headache, nausea, shaking, blurred vision, biliousness, dry mouth... the list of evils is long. In Roman times, Pliny the Elder swore by raw owls' eggs. In Elizabethan England, a pair of eels suffocated in wine was touted as the trick. Green frogs were an acceptable substitute for those who were out of eels. In the 19th century, hungover chimney sweeps...

In a safer Baghdad, Iraqis party for 2008 By Peter Graff Mon Dec 31, 4:23 PM ET On New Year's Eve Ridaa al-Azzawi squeezed into his pointy snakeskin boots, his tight black sweater and his snazzy corduroy flared jeans, hustled down to a Baghdad hotel ballroom and partied for peace. 2008 arrived in a less-violent Baghdad, and residents said it was the first real party they had seen in years. At the stroke of midnight, exuberant locals fired into the air with automatic rifles, sending red tracer fire streaking over the city, as fireworks lit up the sky. While the...
