HOUSTON - Counselors will be on hand at a Spring Branch middle school Thursday after a teacher was fired over an inappropriate relationship with one of her students.. Kathryn "Camille" Murray, an eighth-grade teacher at Memorial Middle School, was fired Wednesday, according to a statement from Spring Branch ISD Superintendent Duncan F. Klussmann. Klussmann said Murray was removed from the classroom after allegations were reported on Feb. 13. Details of the allegations were not released.

Charged is Levetrea Dione Atkins, 36, of the 5700 block of Theodore Avenue in St. Louis. Court documents describe the boy as developmentally delayed.
