Real-estate mogul Donald Trump is now going after conservative talk-show host Glenn Beck. In recent weeks, Beck has repeatedly been critical of Trump, the Republican presidential front-runner. Most recently, Beck was quoted in a New York Times article on Wednesday dismissing Trump as a "schoolyard bully" who is not in touch with tea-party conservatives. The Times article was titled: "Donald Trump’s Act Seems to Be Wearing Out Its Welcome." Trump, no stranger to Twitter insults, lashed out at Beck on Thursday:

With John Boehner now departing as House speaker, an influential Republican Party official is now seeking the ouster of another GOP leader who has frustrated conservatives: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. “McConnell needs to resign!!” Louisiana GOP Chairman Roger Villere wrote in a Facebook posting. Mr. Villere isn’t just any Republican. He’s the longest-serving state GOP chairman in the nation, with 12 years on the job, and is the vice chairman of the Republican National Committee, the GOP’s national governing body. He also serves on the RNC’s executive committee that makes decisions alongside Chairman Reince Priebus. “Mitch is a good...

Police are circulating this footage after an unsuspecting 52 year-old Navy veteran was knocked to the ground by a street thug and then beaten unconscious. The Navy veteran NEVER saw it coming. The suspect is described as a black teenager with braided hair, wearing blue jeans, a white sweat shirt, red tennis shoes and a black baseball cap. The victim had just exited a trolley on June 13th. Don’t expect this to make many headlines. It doesn’t fit the liberal media narrative.

Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) has introduced an amendment to the unemployment extension bill currently being considered in the Senate that would add up to 50,000 new green cards per year with no offsets. His amendment includes the full language for S.310, the Startup Act 3.0, which would create 50,000 provisional green cards for foreign students who graduate with a degree in a STEM field and an additional 75,000 visas for entrepreneurs, which can also become permanent green cards.

Iraq's new president has snubbed the powerful incumbent Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki by nominating the deputy parliament speaker to form the new government. But the move raises fears of more infighting in the government as the country faces the threat of Sunni militants in the north. A member of al-Maliki's political bloc said 'we will not stay silent' over the decision. Hussein al-Maliki, Maliki's son-in-law said: 'The nomination is illegal and a breach of the constitution. We will go to the federal court to object to the nomination.'

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio emphatically backed New Governor Andrew Cuomo’s controversial remarks that “extreme” conservatives – which he defined as being pro-life, second amendment advocates, or supporters of traditional marriage – “have no place in the state of New York.” “I stand by that 100 percent,” de Blasio told reporters at the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, D.C. on Thursday. “I agree with Governor Cuomo’s remarks. I interpret his remarks to say that an extremist attitude that continues the reality of violence in our communities or an extremist attitude that denies the rights of women does not...

Most of the talk about the Affordable Care Act has focused on website glitches and skyrocketing premiums but there are other issues looming on the horizon for the healthcare overhaul. Hospital coverage. If consumers expect to have (or continue to have) access to the best medical services at the nations top hospitals, they are in for a rude awakening. "Most of the top hospitals will accept insurance from just one or two companies operating under Obamacare." Because the ACA caps premiums, insurers will be have to offer less money to the nations best doctors and hospitals. In return, the hospitals...

The White House applauded National Basketball Association player Jason Collins, who on Monday became the first active male player in a major American sport to announce he was gay. “We view that as another example of the progress that has been made and the evolution that has been taking place,” White House press secretary Jay Carney said, praising the "courage" of the National Basketball Association veteran. Carney said that he had not spoken with President Obama about the development but that the White House welcomes the news and hopes

Okay, I don't want to get into it too much but I feel I've been doing all I can to prepare for the impending collapse except a safe and effective way to pull out 1/2 my money from my 401K. However, I'm concerned about: A) The penalties and taxes. B) This will kick me up to "millionaire" status if I pull out half. C) I want to put most of that to get my Mortgage down and pay off any other debt and buy some more "tangibles" What is the best way to do this? I've already maxed out on...

At least I presume Senator Marco Rubio chewed out Univision interviewer Jorge Ramos as presented in the network’s English-language transcript. I took French in high school, as did most who grew up in the heavily Francophone area of, er … Los Angeles. Mediaite has the clip and a little of the background of the dispute between Univision and Rubio, some of which gets aired in the exchange between Rubio and Ramos, but a key part doesn’t get mentioned at all: When Ramos tried to say the network went to the senator’s office, he declared that a lie and argued that...

In a disappointing decision for nationalists, the High Court Sunday threw out a compromise deal between the government and the residents of Migron, and set a new deadline for the eviction of the residents. The three judge panel is headed by Supreme Court President Asher Grunis, and includes judges Miriam Naor and Salim Jubran. They gave the government until August 1 to evict the residents. "Now the petitioners are entitled to enjoy the fruits of the verdict," the judges wrote. "They have the right to see the ongoing disruption of their rights end. The public interest in enforcement of the...

How they campaign is how they govern — and vice versa. So it should come as no surprise that political pros are beginning to wonder if President Obama’s campaign is running out of money, even though he is unopposed in the Democratic primaries. Last week he brought in Bill Clinton to help him raise money. Ouch. Obama is Justin Bieber hoping to be saved by ‘N Synch. Follow the money. I did. Barack Obama sure is spending a lot of money: $63,236,869 through January 31. That left him $75,953,128 in the bank. He already has spent 45 cents of every...

The Jewish Week reports that a speech last week by Stuart Appelbaum, president of the left-wing Jewish Labor Committee, prompted Israel’s deputy consul general to walk out of its gala dinner after Appelbaum criticized Israel in blunt, undiplomatic terms. Though Appelbaum also noted “new expressions of contempt for Israel within the Arab world,” he launched a vitriolic attack on the government of Benjamin Netanyahu: …[S]adly, Israel is cursed with a right-wing coalition government that’s regularly giving credence to it. We all know Benjamin Netanyahu talks a good game about a two-state solution, but, at the very same time, his administration...
