Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday announced a new program that will require New Yorkers to show a COVID-19 “passport” to enter sports arenas, theaters, and other businesses. The plan establishes an “Excelsior Pass” which will use secure technology to prove that a state resident has been vaccinated against COVID-19 or has had a recent negative test. Sites included in the rollout plan include Madison Square Garden and the Barclays Center, both sports and entertainment venues. “Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print out their pass or store it on their...

I was just thinking. It would nice to have a good listing of Conservatives who are now on Gab, Rumble, and whatever other Conservative social platforms are out there now. Gab and Rumble are the first two that come to mind but now that I've ditched Farcebook and Twatter, I've been trying to find persons I used to follow, who have lost their accounts on those two platforms, on Gab and Rumble.

Former British Prime Minster Tony Blair has said that the British government should take advantage of the fact that it is to preside over the G7 this year to implement a global vaccine passport system. Blair’s globalist institute issued a report urging the UK government to “place the creation of a global Covid-19 travel pass as a key item” on the G7 agenda. In an interview with the Telegraph, the Iraq war architect himself stated that vaccine passports are “inevitable” and that British government needs to “take the initiative” using its “fortuitous” G7 presidency, and implement a “critical first step”...

Now that coronavirus vaccines are starting to roll out in the US and abroad, many people may be dreaming of the day when they can travel, shop and go to the movies again. But in order to do those activities, you may eventually need something in addition to the vaccine: a vaccine passport application. Several companies and technology groups have begun developing smartphone apps or systems for individuals to upload details of their Covid-19 tests and vaccinations, creating digital credentials that could be shown in order to enter concert venues, stadiums, movie theaters, offices, or even countries. The Common Trust...

Work is being carried out to develop coronavirus freedom 'passports' that will allow those who have tested negative to enter pubs, schools and workplaces. Two firms have been awarded Government contracts for exploratory work on a new app that would allow people to prove they do not have Covid. The Department of Health said no decisions had been made on introducing the passport. The contracts envisage a system under which people are assigned a QR code on their smartphones linking to a digital passport that includes a photo of them. After a Covid test, this would be updated at the...

Chicago will teach online only when school resumes in September, the mayor said on Wednesday, and New York City announced checkpoints at bridges and tunnels to enforce a quarantine on travelers from 35 states on a list of coronavirus hot spots. The teachers’ union and many parents in Chicago had objected to a plan to allow students the option of attending class in pods of 15 pupils twice a week. Local media reported that the Chicago Teachers’ Union had called for a strike vote over the issue. […] Los Angeles has already announced that students will be kept home, while...

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Anyone who participates in mass gatherings of any type this weekend will be required to self-quarantine for two weeks, Gov. Andy Beshear said Friday. License plate information will be collected from cars in parking lots and forwarded to local health departments, who will then present an order to self-quarantine for 14 days at the owners' homes, he said. "If you're going to expose yourself to this virus and you make that decision to do it, it's not fair to everybody else out there that you might spread it to," Beshear said. Beshear has frequently urged churches...

The number of flights being taken by the average person is increasing dramatically and the arrival of LCCs mean flying is more affordable for more people. Between 2005 and 2018 global passenger numbers more than doubled from around two billion to four billion and forecasts suggest that it could double again over the next 20 years. Is this growth manageable? One Norwegian politician believes that a cap should be placed on travellers, a seemingly impractical suggestion, but one that is sure to have support. Summary: As global air travel demand continues to rise, one Norwegian politician recommends a cap of...

Thousands of people in Sweden are inserting tiny microchips under their skin — making their lives much easier as they no longer have to carry IDs, gym passes, and keycards to get into work....But it's not without data risks. About 3,000 Swedes have inserted the tiny chips into their bodies over the past three years, the electronic tags are about the size of a grain of rice and are implanted in the back of the hand 'via a syringe'. Libberton warns that by having a microchip implanted in your hand, you also give your data away. "The real issue is...

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - China said it will begin applying its so-called social credit system to flights and trains and stop people who have committed misdeeds from taking such transport for up to a year. People who would be put on the restricted lists included those found to have committed acts like spreading false information about terrorism and causing trouble on flights, as well as those who used expired tickets or smoked on trains, according to two statements issued on the National Development and Reform Commission’s website on Friday. Those found to have committed financial wrongdoings, such as employers who failed...

Republican leaders in Congress are once again plotting with Democrats to stab the American people and the U.S. Constitution in the back, on multiple key issues. Under the guise of getting “something” in exchange for providing amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants (and future Democrat voters) in Obama's illegal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, the establishment wing of the GOP is pushing a radical longtime goal of the bipartisan Deep State: mandatory national biometric ID cards for all Americans. Privacy and liberty are under serious threat, critics warned. The Orwellian national ID scheme, known as “E-Verify,” is...

The Utah Supreme Court has ruled police are allowed to ask for a passenger's identification and run a background check on them during a traffic stop — even without suspecting criminal activity. In a 5-0 decision this week, justices overturned a 2014 district court ruling that argued such police actions were "beyond the scope of a routine traffic stop." The ruling stems from a case involving Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jeremy Horne, who stopped a car for an improper lane change. Horne collected IDs and ran a background check on the driver and the passenger, George Matthew Martinez Jr.

California State Sen. Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley) is renewing a demand to see First Lady Melania Trump’s immigration papers — an issue Democrats first raised during the election campaign.Skinner expanded on her demand in an interview with Politico this week: “No one in the Trump operation has released any of the documentation to indicate what was the circumstance, or whether she had full legal status. … We only know they had a lawyer look at whatever papers she chose to give.”In 2010, when Arizona passed a controversial immigration law that allowed state and local law enforcement officers to check the immigration status of anyone...

The IRS has discovered more than 1 million Americans whose Social Security numbers were stolen by illegal immigrants, but officials never bothered to tell the taxpayers themselves, the agency’s inspector general said in a withering new report released Tuesday. Investigators first alerted the IRS to the problem five years ago, but it’s still not fixed, the inspector general said, and a pilot program meant to test a solution was canceled — and fell woefully short anyway. As a result, most taxpayers don’t learn that their identities have been stolen and their Social Security files may be screwed up. “Taxpayers identified...

Alonza Gonzalez was turning right near 59 and FM 762 several months ago but just recently received the dash camera video after he filed public records requests. "Just because I have a handgun on me and a license to carry should not be a big deal, but that is what made it the turning point," Gonzalez said... ...Seconds later, Gonzalez was arrested: "You're under arrest for your traffic violations." During an interview at his Rosenberg home, Gonzalez told Channel 2 he thinks if he didn't have a gun, things would have ended differently. "If I didn't have my firearm on...

In what appears to be a first for a serious presidential contender, Hillary Clinton’s campaign is going after five comedians who made fun of the former Secretary of State in standup skits at a popular Hollywood comedy club. A video of the short performance, which is less than three minutes, is posted on the website of the renowned club, Laugh Factory, and the Clinton campaign has tried to censor it. Besides demanding that the video be taken down, the Clinton campaign has demanded the personal contact information of the performers that appear in the recording. This is no laughing matter...
