<p>ACCUSING Michael Jackson of sexual abuse comes with a hefty price tag.</p>
<p>A decade after shocking the world with allegations in 1993 that he was molested by the bizarro superstar, the lives of a California man and his relatives remain a living hell.</p>

This weekend finds Michael Jackson in serious legal peril. He is a man (sic) whose riches and career prove that in America, not even vile weirdos are left behind. Soon the wannabe King of Pop will be forever known as the King of Pedophilia as it appears that he is every bit as guilty as Mumia Abu-Jamal. It is my sincere hope that the singer’s future bizarre interviews will be issued from murderous confines of Pelican Bay penitentiary. Of course, there are those eager to defend him. They say prosecutors were too zealous and that there was no reason for...

MICHELLE HOLDEN ADMITS SEX WITH MINOR, IS SPARED PRISON TERM May 7, 1999 Three days after her husband stepped down as the mayor of Pasadena, Michelle E. Holden tearfully halted what would have been a sordid trial, pleading no contest to a felony count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor - the couple's 15-year-old male babysitter. (snip) Comforted by her lawyer, Mark J. Geragos, Holden sobbed and dabbed at her eyes in the nearly empty Pasadena courtroom as she entered her plea. It came even as the jury was being selected. Ironically, the charge she acknowledged - sexual intercourse...

The latest Michael Jackson controversy perfectly mirrors the shallowness and exploitation at the center of the entertainment business. Jackson now seems to have become the three-dimensional picture of Oscar Wilde's Dorian Gray, the man who looked forever young but kept a picture hidden that recorded his layers of crime and sickness. Jackson's reputation carries the foulings so emblematic of our time, revealing themselves in spiritual pustules. It is a strange tale. Jackson evolves from cute little exploited boy and lead singer in a bubble gum group of brothers all the way to a progressively eccentric and repulsive tabloid favorite. In...

Please, Gloria Allred, Just Go Away She represents the worst in celebrity ambulance-chasing and cable TV [Doug Gamble] 11/26/03 To paraphrase an old joke, if you want to avoid injury, don't ever get between Gloria Allred and a TV camera. The Los Angeles-based lawyer, whose credo seems to be, "It is better to be obnoxious and famous than not to be noticed at all," is impossible for viewers of cable TV interview shows to avoid. It is nothing for Allred, with her forced grin and grating manner, to pop up on MSNBC, CNN and the Fox News Channel all on...

The cancer kid in the Michael Jackson sex scandal is sick again and living in poverty - while the star's handlers vow to crush anyone who maligns the self-styled King of Pop. Jamie Masada, the Hollywood comedy club owner who first brought together Jackson and the boy, visited the 13-year-old a few days ago and was shocked. "He only has one kidney and it's failing him, and part of his face is swollen up," Masada told the Daily News yesterday. "His cancer's in remission, but he worries if the cancer comes back, what's going to happen." Masada met the boy...

Michael Jackson's booking photo and personal information are shown on this copy of a release from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department after Jackson was booked on child molestation charges, Nov. 20. Were it not for a slice of luck, it could have been a little Japanese boy who fell into the single-glove clutches when the superstar stopped blowing bubbles and decided to pan in on peter at Neverland, according to Shukan Bunshun (12/4). Michael Jackson has long enjoyed an affinity for Japanese children and, were it not for earlier allegations of sexual abuse of a little boy than the...

Santa Barbara DA announces they are working "100 new solid leads" in Michael Jackson case. When The Gloved One was arrested last week, cops asked that anyone with additional evidence in "this or other cases involving Mr. Jackson" call them. There have been at least 1000 phone calls. At least 100 are being worked as solid leads. Looks like this case of the cancer kid was the one that broke the dam. Anyone want to guess that their are at least 10 other probable cases.... and this announcement will spur even more calls? Also, supposedly Jackson has real $ troubles...

<p>LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson's (search) defense team plans to vigorously attack the credibility of the mother of the boy now making the allegations against the superstar, Fox News has learned.</p>
<p>In addition to videos, first reported about by Fox News this past week, in which the mother and the boy say they love Jackson and have never seen any inappropriate behavior, sources said there are written statements saying the same thing, which were signed late February by the boy and his mother in front of Jackson's attorney Mark Geragos (search).</p>

EXPLICIT letters and poems said to have been written by Michael Jackson to his alleged victim will form the centrepiece of the sex-abuse case against him. Police seized at least a dozen letters during the raid on Jackson's Neverland ranch last week. "The district attorney is convinced these letters will be crucial to the case against Jackson," a source close to the investigation said yesterday. "The boy told investigators about letters and poems and their precise location inside Michael's home. These letters were among the evidence seized, along with videotapes. "They are very explicit and intimate and show a degree...

Michael Jackson's sick fantasy life as a 45-year-old kid who somehow thinks it's okay to share his bed with preteen boys may finally be nearing an end. The 12-year-old cancer patient at the heart of last week's child molestation accusations is only the latest in a long string of vulneable youngsters who - along with their unsuspecting, uncaring or greedy parents - may have been abused by the Peter Pan wanna-be. The self-styled King of Pop's sister La Toya once said her brother has been abusing children since 1981. "I have slept in bed with many children," Jackson proudly crowed...

Rush's limited comments on the Michael Jackson case sounded to me like he was speaking to the Florida attorneys after him rather than the Santa Barbara DA. He said, "I have only one question: What if he's [Jackson] innocent?" Well, what if he is? At the very least it is clear that MJ is a sick individual with a fixation on young boys. Most people call this pedophilia. But Rush's tone concerned me, as it seemed as though he was addressing his comments to the Florida prosecutors who are investigating him for his alleged drug purchases. Was this a pre-emptive...

A decade after Michael Jackson was the focus of unproven child molestation allegations, the pop superstar is again facing a similar, equally serious situation. Investigators from the Santa Barbara County, Calif., sheriff's office pounced on Jackson's famed Neverland Ranch at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday armed with a search warrant for what the authorities said was tied to ''an ongoing criminal investigation.'' Though the sheriff's office would comment no further, Court TV cited sources claiming the search was prompted by a complaint from a 13-year-old boy, charging criminal sexual conduct. A source told this column Tuesday that the child, accompanied by at...
