The IRS had intended the notice for his nephew, named Enrique A. Santiago, but he had moved out of the elder Santiago’s home a month earlier after a “physical altercation†with his uncle, according to the New York Post. Santiago shares a similar name with his nephew, who owes the IRS $3,032.57 in unpaid taxes.</p>
