Not only were student athletes required to watch the film, titled “I’m Not Racist… Am I?” but they were required to do so on a Sunday, outside of normal school hours.

A new petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court poses an interesting question: Can the feds set up a Constitution-violating racist program, hand out money under it, and then when a lawsuit challenges it, drop the program and say the case is over? That's the substance of a fight that has developed because of Joe Biden's American Rescue Plan Act that designated $4 billion to forgive loans to farmers, but excluded white farmers. The scheme, in fact, was set up to cancel loans for non-white farmers, plus give them a cash-back bonus of 20% more than they borrowed. Actually,...

The Department of Veterans Affairs office dedicated to rooting out racism and harassment is itself a “hostile, toxic work environment with a permissive culture of rampant gossiping and innuendo,” where multiple layers of top officials participated in and covered up sexual harassment, an internal agency review concluded. At one point, a senior manager fired a mid-level manager because both men wanted to sexually harass the same employee. When a complaint was filed, a political appointee sat on it, apparently partly for racial reasons.

To many, it is a stirring patriotic anthem conjuring up images of Britain's long and proud history. But Rule, Britannia! can feel 'alienating' to others, according to Labour culture spokesman Thangam Debbonaire.

The Left is in thrall to plantation nostalgia, with an unambiguous urge to subjugate a disfavored demographic who are to be racially ostracized and mercilessly scapegoated for sins they did not commit. “Kill the Boer” is a wildly popular practice in majority Black South Africa. Decades ago, despite the unfairness of apartheid, South Africa was by many measures the most materially prosperous and safest nation on the African continent. However, since decolonization, South Africa has deteriorated by every metric imaginable, with rampant criminality, economic stagnation, dwindling life expectancy, and floor-to-ceiling political corruption. The same story largely defines the rest of...

A Harvard professor published a study that found no evidence of racial bias in police shootings – then "all hell broke loose," and he needed police protection. Three times over the past year, an NBA player has assaulted another player during or before a game. This week, Pistons' forward Isaiah Stewart punched Suns' forward Drew Eubanks during a confrontation before the teams' matchup Wednesday night. Earlier this season, Draymond Green struck Jusuf Nurkic in the face. Green stomped on the chest of Kings' guard Domantas Sabonis during a game last April. In each, the NBA saw a black player assault a white player. Perhaps that's why the trend isn't receiving much attention. White players account for just 16.8 percent of the NBA, yet accounted for 100 percent...

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training is divisive and counter-productive and can even serve to increase prejudice among participants, a new study by a Canadian professor says.David Haskell released his study for the Aristotle Foundation for Public Policy on Feb. 12. The social scientist and associate professor at Wilfrid Laurier University says DEI training does more harm than good and calls his findings a “reality check.”“A growing number of high-profile cases suggest that diversity workshops and their supporting materials regularly promote questionable claims—particularly about the overarching, malicious character of the majority population. Similarly, hostility toward those who challenge DEI claims...
