Question for the group at large. Do NFL game officials ever get fined and/or fired for making bad calls? I'm not talking about just one or two bad calls, but a series of questionable calls during an entire game, even a season. Drunk ref had to be substituted The referee in a junior football match in Norway had to be substituted at half time because he was drunk. The incident took place at a junior football tournament in Sunndal, reports Nettavisen. "He was clearly drunk and unable to judge the match and was substituted at half time," said a tournament spokesman.
