....Here are Hannity and Klein on audio discussing the personal visit made by candidate Obama to dissuade Wright from embarrassing him further. Klein: About ten days later he made this secret meeting with the Reverend Wright after he’d already denounced him and begged him not to speak any further. Now we know this is true not only because the Reverend Wright told me so but because the Secret Service logs logged in this meeting. So we have confirmation that it actually took place." [....] "But what we don’t realize is that even before he became a member of the church...

In regards to today's polls, president Obama's favorite pastor, Reverend Wright's quote, "the chickens have come home to roost" seems quite prophetic, especially in regards to his pie in the sky vision of airplanes getting off the ground with wind power.

Last month at the CPAC Convention in Washington DC Andrew Breitbart dropped this bomb on Team Obama: Andrew announced, “I’ve got video by the way of Barack Obama from his college years.” Video via Infowars: “I’ve got video from his college days that show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008 – the videos are going to come out… The video shows Obama meeting “a bunch of silver pony tails” like Bill and Bernardine Dohrn (Weather Underground members), who radicalized him.”

Catholic bishops, evangelical pastors and Republican presidential candidates have been decrying the Obama administration's war on religious liberty. Amid all the uproar, it's easy to overlook something equally important: the administration's many battles for religious liberty....In other realms, believers have found a Barack Obama and his Justice Department to be staunch allies. The most conspicuous surprise involves government rules for faith-based organizations that get federal funding for social services.President George W. Bushissued an executive order allowing such groups to hire only people who share their faith — exempting them from the usual ban on religious discrimination. Liberal critics accused him of...

I am in New Orleans the next couple of days. The weather is great. Around 80, sunny, not a lot of humidity. Going to meet a friend for lunch, then a guy for a drink and dinner at Herbsaint tonight. The weather here is pretty rough from late May to September. But this time of year, and when its bitter cold up north you should book a trip here. New Orleans isn’t just Bourbon Street although that’s what it’s famous for. The reason the town is so funky is because of the history of it.I have found a lot of...

Obama Urges Black Community To 'March With Me' Athena Jones September 24, 2011 Washington (CNN) -- While acknowledging the hard-hit black community and budding criticisms in its ranks, President Barack Obama said in a speech Saturday night to the Congressional Black Caucus that he wouldn't give up -- and urged members of the black community to join him to jump-start the still-sluggish economy. "I expect all of you to march with me, and press on," Obama said. "... Stop complaining, stop grumbling, stop crying. We are going to press on. We've got work to do." The unemployment rate among African-Americans...

"Even as I hope for some measure of peace and comfort to the bereaved families, I must also hope that we as a nation draw some measure of wisdom from this tragedy. Certain immediate lessons are clear, and we must act upon those lessons decisively. We need to step up security at our airports. We must reexamine the effectiveness of our intelligence networks. And we must be resolute in identifying the perpetrators of these heinous acts and dismantling their organizations of destruction. "We must also engage, however, in the more difficult task of understanding the sources of such madness. The...

According to the website Politico, Vice President Joe Biden agreed "with a line of argument made by Rep. Mike Doyle (D-Pa.) at a two-hour, closed-door Democratic Caucus meeting" that congressional tea party members "acted like terrorists" in the way they stood against attempts to raise taxes and force spending reductions as part of the debt-ceiling deal. Biden denied making the comparison. Given the heated rhetoric behind and in front of the scenes, the use of such a phrase, particularly in light of Biden's known salty language, has credibility. Apparently tea party critics are constitutional illiterates. The Preamble to the U.S....

Tea Party’s War on America By JOE NOCERA You know what they say: Never negotiate with terrorists. It only encourages them. These last few months, much of the country has watched in horror as the Tea Party Republicans have waged jihad on the American people. Their intransigent demands for deep spending cuts, coupled with their almost gleeful willingness to destroy one of America’s most invaluable assets, its full faith and credit, were incredibly irresponsible. But they didn’t care. Their goal, they believed, was worth blowing up the country for, if that’s what it took. Like ideologues everywhere, they scorned compromise....

Forget hope and change; victimization is in. Dropped by the president and dismissed as a racist by many Americans, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright still draws crowds with his sometimes crotch-grabbing, always riveting soliloquies about black oppression. The former pastor of Barack Obama drew thousands last week to the 8,000-member Empowerment Temple in Baltimore City. Overflow lots at the church were filled, and five blocks on either side of the massive stadium-like stucco building in Park Heights — a part of town where Orthodox Jews mix sometimes uneasily with blacks — were wall to wall with cars. In this city where...

WHERE ARE THEY NOW? It is the latest in a series of controversial moves that some speculate could result in Bolden's ouster. A law signed a week ago gives NASA four months or less to develop a dozen different plans for the future, including a detailed report on how it would replace the retiring space shuttle. It's an ambitious schedule, one that NASA...

"The Justice Department originally brought the case against four armed men who witnesses say derided voters with catcalls of "white devil" and "cracker" and told voters they should prepare to be "ruled by the black man." ..." “One poll watcher called police after he reportedly saw one of the men brandishing a nightstick to threaten voters.“As I walked up, they closed ranks, next to each other,” the witness told Fox News at the time. “So I walked directly in between them, went inside and found the poll watchers. They said they’d been here for about an hour. And they...

As might be expected, the mainstream media have ignored the latest rant from the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., President Obama’s minister, friend, sounding board, and mentor for 20 years. As reported recently by the New York Post, Wright told a seminar he taught at the University of Chicago that Jews control the flow of worldwide information and oppress blacks in Israel and in the United States. “White folk done took this country,” Wright said. “You’re in their home, and they’re gonna let you know it.” Addressing blacks in his class, Wright said, “You are not now, nor have you ever...

Reverend Jeremiah Wright commented Thursday on the controversy surrounding his fiery sermons brought up during President Barack Obama's campaign for the White House and the angry opposition to the historic new healthcare law. The retired pastor of Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ, signed copies of his book, Sankofa Moment, before speaking at the Jackson State University student center ballroom. Asked if he regretted any of his controversial sermons Wright said, "I haven't been apart of any controversy, number one. Fox News bought 4-thousand dollars worth of tapes 20-years to go back to see what Obama had been listening to....
