SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. The man convicted of trying to kill George Zimmerman was sentenced to 20 years in prison by a judge Monday, despite arguments from his mother and wife that his trial was unfair. Lisa Apperson, Matthew Apperson's wife, complained that the media painted her husband as a monster. She also accused many witnesses of lying during her husband's trial, saying it was "disturbing" to see the "amount of perjury." Maybe don't tailgate a moose the next time you see one. When these two snow mobilers ran into one, the moose had a little something to say about their tailing too close. These two managed to get out with minimal damage, but it was a good thing at least one of them was carrying a gun to warn the creature off. Nobody got seriously hurt this time, but it certainly says something about packing heat in the wilderness. See the video here.

Deer oh deer, looks like Bambi has a temper. After accidentally hitting a deer with her car, Ellen Sager got a taste of this buck’s own road rage. The deer managed to fling the driver’s side door wide open and attacked Sager with its hooves. Ellen managed to get away with a minor knee injury, but the likely very confused deer died of its impact injuries some time later. See the video here.

PLANT CITY (FOX 13) - A driver with a history of road rage violence was shot and killed this morning in what deputies say was an apparent road rage altercation. The exchange happened on Dr. MLK Jr. Boulevard at Forbes Road in the Plant City area around 6:30 a.m. Investigators said that two drivers, 40-year-old Gary Durham and 42-year-old Robert Padgett, were involved in a confrontation. According to deputies, Padgett pulled out a gun and fatally shot Durham.

McDONOUGH — A road rage incident landed a Riverdale woman in jail Friday morning after she allegedly aimed her gun at another driver on the interstate. It happened around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of London Bridge Boulevard and Dam Neck Road. A driver man is facing several criminal charges, after an attack on a motorcyclist in Yuma, Arizona, that was captured on the victim's helmet camera.  The video has garnered widespread attention and has been viewed over 7million times on YouTube.  The footage shows driver Lee Schismenos getting out of his car, punching motorcyclist Cody Munoz and shoving Luisa Loy, 21, who was a passenger.
