Colorado Springs police arrested an alleged robber Wednesday with the help of a resident, who they say held the man at gunpoint until officers arrived. Two men were shot, including the suspect, during a botched robbery attempt of a Marrero sandwich shop Saturday night, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office said. Officers responded to a reported shooting at 11:24 p.m. Saturday at Chateau Orleans Po-Boys, at 2324 Barataria Blvd. They believe that 18-year-old Robert McClure, who lives in the 6700 block Mather Drive in Marrero, entered the shop through a backdoor, armed with a shotgun.
