Tom Tancredo or Allen west, for 2012, only two choices that will save our republic.

Dear Glenn Beck, I recently read the free Kindle sample of Broke, your latest effort to contribute to the pubic dialogue regarding the direction of our nation. Your advice is timely and necessary, if somewhat obvious. You have successfully established, with historical examples, that debt is bad, that having money is preferable to not having money, and moreover, that it really sucks that our country no longer has any money. With these three points I stand behind you one hundred percent, even if I wasn't quite willing to buy the remaining ninety-five percent of your book. As you advise your...

Hi everyone, I am writing about illegal immigration. Please help me out by answering this survey. Thanks. 1) Do you agree with an illegal aliens working in the US with fraudulent documents? Why? Why not? 2) Would you favor giving illegal immigrants an opportunity to process their papers in order to legalized their stay in the country? 3) If you were the president, what would you do to solve the problem of illegal immigration?

What chance do you think this would have of becoming the Republican ticket? Would you vote for it?

Hello fellow freepers. I am a newbie as a poster, though have lurked since the very first edition of FR. My husband and I are avid fans and we live life on the road in our RV. Some dear friends, and fellow lurkers, have requested prayers for their son-in-law, David, who is desperately ill while awaiting a liver transplant. He is suffering from multiple infections and is doing poorly, so prayers would be so appreciated. From a political perspective, we live in Washington State, where the Dem machine has once again prevailed in its liberal march to oblivion. Right up...

Recent unsettling revelations would indicate that, more and more, the US Chamber of Commerce is working for foreign nationals and corporations. Big business has been sending American jobs to other nations for a long time. Our current Congress has tried several measures to stop the bleeding and to bring some of those jobs back to Americans.

Ladies and gentlemen, My friend Dave and I, after spending a number of years reading posts have decided to finally start our own blod. Downright Right is somewhere for all ends of the political spectrum to engage in civil discourse. This passt week's election made me realize that our country is yearning to speak to each other on a basis for mutual respect to help guide our nation forward. I hope you will stop by and give us your feedback. http://downrightright.blogspot.com/ Andrew

Mr Bush has allegedly told friends that Mrs Palin is not qualified to be president and criticises John McCain for picking her as his Running Mate in 2008 "Naming Palin makes Bush think less of McCain as a man," a Republican official close to Mr Bush told the New York Daily News. "He thinks McCain ran a lousy campaign with an unqualified running mate and destroyed any chance of winning by picking Palin." Mr Bush has allegedly been disparaging about Mrs Palin in the past. Matt Latimer, former special assistant to Mr Bush, wrote in a book released last year:...

Let preface this unofficial poll by saying that I am a Sarah Palin supporter through and through and will go to the mat for her if she runs in 2012. But supposing the new CNN poll showing either Huckabee or Romney would beat Obama in '12 is not a faux poll and pretending these two where the last two standing in the GOP primary in two years I'm curious as to which of the two Freepers see as the lesser of two........

Indeed, Rasmussen polls quite consistently turned out to overstate the standing of Republicans tonight. Of the roughly 100 polls released by Rasmussen or its subsidiary Pulse Opinion Research in the final 21 days of the campaign, roughly 70 to 75 percent overestimated the performance of Republican candidates, and on average they were biased against Democrats by 3 to 4 points. Every pollster is entitled to a bad cycle now and again — and Rasmussen has had some good cycles in the past. But their polling took a major downturn this year.

Delaware Republican Senate nominee Christine O’Donnell complained Monday night that the National Republican Senatorial Committee did not give her the resources she needed to win. O’Donnell credited Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele for being supportive of her candidacy, but told Fox News’s Greta Van Susteren that the NRSC hasn’t provided enough help. “Michael Steele has come to Delaware and campaigned for us,” O’Donnell said. “The RNC has been very supportive. “I would have liked it if the NRSC had done something,” she added. “My opponent is horrible on so many issues. He stands to personally make millions from cap...

No one seems to be sure exactly how many people packed the National Mall today for the Rally To Restore Sanity And/Or Fear, but there's one thing everyone can agree on: sanity and/or fear are extremely popular. MTV's spokesperson told the Washington City Paper's Mike Madden that 250,000 people came out to see Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert take the stage Saturday, while Viacom (the parent company of MTV and Comedy Central, home to Stewart's and Colbert's show) told the New York Times' Brian Stelter that "well over 200,000" were in.... At the rally itself, Mythbusters hosts Jamie Hyneman and...

I have heard that most of you do not like Mike Huckabee. Some of the reasons I have never heard of and i will research them. Regardless of how you feel about Mike Huckabee what do you think of the fair tax? go to FairTax.org if you've never heard of it, but given the group of people on this website I'm sure nearly all have.

© 2010 jbjd I predict Obama supporters in Florida's 22nd District will be flocking to the polls in Florida on November 2 to vote for Lt. Col. Allen West, the Republican candidate for Congress. Here are 10 (ten) reasons why. 1. Like Obama, West personalizes political opposition, even advocating the use of physical intimidation against his opponents up to and including sending detractors "to the morgue."... 2. Like Obama, West both enjoys and simultaneously denies his long-standing close ties with a fringe group whose practices include racism, misogyny, and anti-Semitism; and who endorse violence against the U.S. government... 3. He,...

I think it will be Jeb Bush because he is a successful former Governor of a state with no income tax, he speaks fluent Spanish and latinos love him, and he is an intellectual heavyweight. Who do you think it will be?
